I had to leave the tour after 15 min . I have never left or have complained about any tour in my life.

I wanted my children to experience and learn a little about wine making. My youngest son was a little scared of the first room we went in to. It was a little dark. He just needed a hug and he would have been OK . But the guide was not happy with him . After that when my child asked me a question ,which he did quietly .The guide would made a sssh noise and looked at us with cold eyes . My son was not loud, did not shout or cry and we stood at the back of the group.

AFTER 15 MIN I left the tour with my youngest son. I felt very uncomfortable and went back to the start of the tour to make a complaint . I spoke to a lady at the front desk .She was not interested and as I was complaining to her she took a phone call . After she finished the phone call she turned away from me and started talking to another person . So I ask to talk to the boss . But no one came to see me. I could see I was wasting my time so I Left .

So if you have children.Do not take them here.

I think it is only fair that the wine maker tells people that children are not welcome here, as parents this is all we would...

Our visit today was a rather disappointing experience. Our wine store back home had recommended a visit to Bodegas Bilbainas while in Haro - so we saved the best for last (or so we thought). On our last day we went to the winery at 15.45 for a wine tasting. The welcome we received turned out to be a tell-tale sign: when we entered, the lady behind the counter did not look up from her PC and kept working in her spreadsheet. After we had sat down, she deigned to address us that she would close early at 16.00 (instead of the published 17.00) and that we were welcome to return the next day. A tasting within 15 minutes of course would not do justice to the wine, and since we will leave Haro tomorrow morning this was the end of it. Rest assured, Bodegas Bilbainas, we will not trouble you with our...

No te arrepentirás.

Just had an amazing wine tasting experience at Bodegas Bilbaínas in Haro! The whole visit was fantastic, but what truly elevated it was our guide, Naiara. Her knowledge of the winery's history and passion for the wines were infectious. Naiara's explanations were clear and engaging, making even the most complex aspects of winemaking interesting. She was also incredibly friendly and approachable, making the tasting a fun and informative experience. The wines themselves were delicious, of course. Highly recommend a visit to Bodegas Bilbaínas, especially if you're lucky enough to have Naiara as your guide!

We stumbled upon this place - literally and figuratively - after visiting some nearby bodegas, and we’re so glad we did! We enjoyed a wine flight with a chocolate pairing, which was a fantastic experience. The wines were delicious and varied, including a unique sparkling wine made from red grapes. The lady at reception was lovely, warm, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I’d definitely recommend adding this spot to your itinerary!

One of the best winery tours that we have ever done. Our guide, Lola, was an absolute pro, giving detailed explanations about the history of the vineyard and area. The small group (only 10 people) gave her time to patiently answer all of our questions. The complex, with its labyrinthine warren of tunnels and cellars, is an eye-opener. And of course the wines - particularly the Viña Pomal - are delicious. Highly recommended!
