CHIDas bar + cantina — Restaurant in Ibiza

Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Chidas in Ibiza with a LA friends, and I can honestly say it was an extraordinary experience.

The flavors were out of this world, especially the shrimp tacos, the bacalao, and the tuna nikkei. Each dish was a masterpiece. We also tried the elote, which was incredibly tasty with a perfect kick of spice. The service was top-notch. Noemí took great care of us, and Luz in the kitchen made the best cheesecake with dulce de leche. I was so impressed that I had to go to the kitchen and applaud them for their creativity and the love they put into their cooking. You can truly taste it!

The owner, Andreas, was also there, hands-on with the team.

Went to grab a coffee next door and decided to stop in for some ceviche. The El Diablo drink was recommended and was by far the best drink I've had in Ibiza and possibly my life. It was a smoky espresso martini with the perfect amount of froth and spice. Each sip was mesmerizing.

We also tried the Toreador and the Matador. Both were well balanced with complex and delicious flavors. The gentlemen behind the bar were kind and knowledgable about mezcal and tequila. They were definitely true artists of their craft.

The ceviche was definitely another highlight. It has Peruvian twist with pomegranate and delicious juice sea bass....

This place is truly amazing.

Their cocktails are prepared by one of the London most talented mixologist. Simply magnificant and unfortgettable flavours of their unique coctkatils.

And not to forget their delicious food menu. Wow, that is the real bomb! We had a little of everything and I have to tell you we all were blown away by every single bite we took. Ceviche is killing it, quesadillas flavours perfectly balanced and tacos flavours, well they just simply take you all the way back to Mexico and their true paradise.
