The atmosphere is nothing short of fantastic. the restaurant vibrates with energy, warmth, and style—perfect for an intimate dinner or a memorable night out with friends.

But what truly makes this place shine are the owners. Their hospitality is genuine and heartfelt. They welcomed us offering thoughtful recommendations and taking time to share stories about the dishes and their origins.

Had a really great dinner experience here. Everything from the setting, the flow of the meal, to the food was really thought out and you can tell it’s a well researched menu and wine list by someone who knows how to eat well. The chef explained us the dishes as we ordered and everything was delicious. We came especially for the txuleton steak which was cooked exactly how it should be served. They recommended great natural wines to go with each dish and even had a special wine for us to taste at the end of the meal with a shot of mezcal. Could not recommend this place enough and I will come back to try the Turbot next....

Wow! What an amazing menu and ambiance! The chef, Samuel, took the time to tell us about the carefully curated Michelin-level dishes and cocktails that all far exceeded our expectations! We both agreed that the oysters and the « chuleton » were the best oysters and beef that we had ever tasted. And the olive oil ice cream with pecorino cheese (!) was surprisingly delicious. I ordered a second because I became obsessed with it. The presentation of the food was just as delightful as the unexpected flavors. If this restaurant doesn’t soon get a Michelin star I will be...
