Everything from the setting, the flow of the meal, to the food was really thought out and you can tell it’s a well researched menu and wine list by someone who knows how to eat well. The chef explained us the dishes as we ordered and everything was delicious. We came especially for the txuleton steak which was cooked exactly how it should be served. They recommended great natural wines to go with each dish and even had a special wine for us to taste at the end of the meal with a shot of mezcal. Could not recommend this place enough and I will come back to try the Turbot next....

We both agreed that the oysters and the « chuleton » were the best oysters and beef that we had ever tasted. And the olive oil ice cream with pecorino cheese (!) was surprisingly delicious.
