My partner and I stayed 7 nights while waiting for our flat in Gibraltar.||||I will start with the positive points:|| FOOD: 9 euros for a 3 course meal with drink. Bargain. It tasted really nice too.|||| SHOWER AREA: Good power shower, good toilet, cleaned daily and new towels each time.|||| ROOM SIZE: Good size for two people, air conditioning working and TV on wall.|||| RECEPTION: 24 Hours and was always greeted.|||| CLEANERS: Very friendly and they do a good job||||Now for the not so good points:|| BED BUGS: As seen in the attached photos, my partner was bitten each night. We put this down to a mosquito or something. As each day went past more and more bites appeared. This then caused us to check the bed on our last night. Lots and lots of BED BUGS were found under the mattress and in the seams of the sheets!!!|||| STAFF RECEPTION: Although they are a nice bunch of guys, I have put them under the "not so good" points due to the reaction from them about the bed bugs.||My partner spoke fluent Spanish to them and when told about the situation they just shrugged their shoulders. |||| WALLS: What I mean by this is they are very thin. You hear your neighbour doing everything!! Showering, talking, snoring, wake up alarm, going to the toilet and watching TV.|||| INTERNET: Its free, but worked for only 5 days of 7.||||-------------------------------------------||OVERALL: It was a nice stay and without the bed bugs, the staff reaction to them and the bites all over my partners body (which I have heard about for days about how itchy they are) I would of given a better score....

Stayed here for 3 nights in March 2018. We arrived earlier than expected but this was no problem and we could go straight to the room. Room small but clean and comfortable, nice bathroom with bath and good shower. Pleasant view onto small square with a pretty tiled (but non working) fountain.||||Staff are friendly and helpful, they don't speak much English and we have even less Spanish but we managed to get by. The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Like most of Southern Europe the Spanish eat late - the restaurant doesn't open till 8pm so bear that in mind. There are several kiosks and a couple of small supermarkets in the nearby streets but opening times of other shops and bars seem a bit random.||||We had 2 peaceful nights in the hotel, however this was spoiled on the Friday night when one of the bars in the square played incredibly loud, banging music from 10pm to 4am. Imagine the drum section of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards underneath your window for 6 hours with the drums plugged into amps turned up to 11 and you begin to get the picture. The square is surrounded by residential flats so how the neighbours stand it without a regular general anaesthetic I don't know. Even when the "music" stopped at 4am we were so on-edge that every little sound had us tensing up again so we had zero sleep.||||Not the hotel's fault but I recommend avoiding staying at...
