Visited the Taqueria because I was in the mood for some burritos, and tried the Malverde. The place is very easy to miss because it is sort of off-the-main street, but Google maps helped us eventually. They don't do the usual rice and mince meat burrito I was used to and this is one of the main reasons I wanted to try their version. The portions were very generous. The dosh was delicious. Now, me and my friends have experience in eating larger portions of food, since we are Eastern European and absolutely love food, but these things were very filling. The portions might not look impressive but I could barely finish it and had to skip dinner, i was so full! While I was waiting for our order to finish, I saw someone ordered the Tacos which loooked really good! Haven't tried them though and unfortunately didn't get to eat there again. I would definitely recommend a visit here to anyone visiting this side...
Read moreA great place to stop off for a bite! You know it’s good when all the locals are eating there! There are a few tables inside then also more out the front one for up to 6 people. They also serve food to the bars next door. We had the crispy pork tacos and the chicken and cheese quesadillas, both were soooo good! The pork probably a bit tastier but we were sharing so the mix of both was a nice contrast! The hot sauce they give on the side is hot! We ordered a side of guac to go with the tortillas they serve with it which was a good idea! The servings are really big we were stuffed. Just fyi we saw the nachos and they’re huge so if you’re really big eaters and you ordered all three you’d be more than fine! We like a good eat but yeah there was plenty for us! If we come back we will be heading here for sure! It’s relaxed and just...

Update: 22 Feb.. I have been here twice since and upgraded one star, food was lovely and perfectly seasoned, had the super nachos and Malverde burrito. Excellent!
Gave this place a whirl for a change during our stay in Fuerteventura. Its tucked down a side street one level back from the ocean front. We ordered tacos (6 eur) and burritos (8 eur) and a couple of draft beers (mahou). Food was ok, very big portions but could do with better seasoning/flavour. A case of quantity over quality, but will return if in the humour for Mexican food. Staff were very helpful...
