We found this restaurant listed as a recommendation in the Guide Michelin – no star, but still enough to catch our attention. So we came here as a group of four, ordered several plates to share, and walked away with mixed feelings.

Let’s break it down.

My ensaladilla rusa with Lanzarote potatoes, a single prawn, and cherne didn’t stand out. In fact, it tasted like a pretty standard version – slightly dry – and the cherne got completely lost in the mix. My partner’s aubergine dish had a better flavor profile, definitely the stronger start.

The steak tartare, according to one of our friends, was alright – nothing groundbreaking. For mains, we had the cannellono three times. The meat was tender and juicy, no doubt – but it was also a bit too salty, which threw off the balance. My partner’s tomato dish with El Hierro cheese was, in her words, simply boring.

Dessert was the highlight. The chocolate tart and the creative combo of coffee and goat cheese were by far the most convincing dishes – rich, original, and actually exciting.

We spent about €220 for starters, mains, two desserts, and tip. The service was lovely – attentive and warm throughout.

But whether this place deserves its spot in the Guide? That’s still...

Highly recommend this stylish restaurant with interesting cuisine and efficient service.

We ate here as a couple on vacation. The menu contains a number of dishes and we selected 3 between 2 to share. We started with the tacos, followed by cannelloni and ending with some excellent pork. The highlight was definitely the desserts – really fun and interesting plates that were served beautifully and something to talk about. Total bill for 3 plates, 2 desserts + a bottle of wine around €100.

Not that much English was spoken, however the menu was provided in English and we could get by with a few sentences of Spanish. Most of the restaurant is inside however there were a few tables outside on the street where we chose to sit. Despite being the only ones outside we were well attended to and never felt forgotten.

We strongly recommend this place for someone looking for an fantastic spot for a meal out...

I have tried the restaurant and it has been a pleasant surprise. You can tell there are professionals both in the back and front of the house. It was friday night and very busy.

Among the other plates I had a good risotto that was a bit too salty. I ate it but did mention it to the head waiter that removed it from the final bill. That's true attention to details and that's also why I am writing this review. The staff want you to feel welcome and if something is not right they will make up for it, even removing the dish from your bill if you are honest with them.

I will surely come back and for now I can only suggest the place to anyone who want to have a good time. For a more quiet experience I suggest lunch hours.

Prices and quality are highly in balance so also under this point it's...

Creative dishes served in a beautiful environment. Most of the dishes were good but nothing was Wow. The corn bread offered great aroma, and the texture was fluffy with crispy outer layer. Pairing salmon with green apple sorbet is creative, however the fish we got was not that fresh, and the odor of the fish was not removed properly. The cannelloni was creamy in both sauce and texture, which made the whole dish a bit bland. The fish with green curry was outstanding, the sauce enhanced the flavors of the fish, and the texture of the fish meat was well presented. The portions were small, we were suggested to have 2 dishes per person, but I would say it takes 3 dishes per person to get full here.
