I came in to get ice cream for me and my friend, which proved sort of difficult. I was handed the first ice cream cone calamity-free. The second one is where it all went horribly, horribly wrong. The girl scooping my ice cream did so very, very slowly and had immense trouble getting the ice cream onto the cone. So much trouble, in fact, that she had to ask a second girl for help. Girl no. 2 promptly threw the cone into the bin and started over. She handed me the second ice cream, which lost its structural integrity once I tried to pay mere seconds later. She then took said cone out of my hand again, threw that in the bin and put her third attempt into a small plastic cup instead. Then girl no. 1 took my change, held it in her hand and stared at it until girl no. 2 told her to hand it to me.

The ice cream itself was very good, but all in all the whole experience was unnecessarily frustrating and time consuming. My friend's ice cream was half melted by the time I finally got hold of mine. I never knew scooping ice cream could be...

Really dissatisfied and disappointed by the lack of customer service. We were six people (including two elderly ones) who were told to not put two tables together to eat ice cream. The waiter said that in order to eat “only ice cream” we weren’t allowed to join two tables because people normally eat ice cream only when walking 🤷🏻‍♂️Only seats around one table were allowed. The reason provided was that apparently eating ice cream is not reason enough for six people to sit down joining two tables. The waiter as well explained that if someone requests some food or other thing rather than ice cream that would take priority. One thing I have learn in 30 years providing customer service is to never assume. We might have ordered something else apart from ice cream. Which indeed we did in the other place we went after. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en esta heladería fue muy negativa. Hemos estado media hora esperando a ser atendidas, cuando vemos que nadie nos atiende, nos dirigimos al local para comentarles que llevamos media hora esperando. Sin embargo, al comentárselo a la camarera, las 4 camareras dentro del local me responden de manera brusca y desafortunada de que estoy mintiendo sobre el tiempo que llevo esperando en la terraza. Seguidamente, les muestro una foto que me saqué al sentarme donde aparece la hora; las 17:05 y nos atendió a las 17:29 lo cual me responde; pero no llevas media hora aun, faltan 6 minutos para la media hora, le parecía poco el tiempo que llevaba ya esperando o estaba obligada a esperar tanto mientras ellas están de charla dentro del local con una amiga ajena que estaba esperándola dentro del establecimiento, es una persona muy irrespetuosa y no tiene buena manera de responder a los clientes.
