Subpar service and food quality.

1. Ordered two beers. One arrived chilled and the other warm.

2. Ordered a cheese burger, meatballs, duck breast. Duck breast arrived overcooked. Meatballs (for our kid) was cold. Burger was put together like McDonald's.

3. One of our forks was broken; staff took it when notified but didn't bring over a new one.

4. The meatball dish had to be reheated. Promised three minutes. Turned out thirteen minutes, and only when we asked for it.

5. The entire proceeding was met with cold, emotionless service. Staff was not trained to face non-Spanish tourists, equipped with kindergarten level English, resulting in most service-related courtesy kept to bare minimum, or non-existent in most cases.

We love Spain. Would love to see improvements. Would not otherwise recommend anyone...

It is one of those places that is doomed to die of its success. Although the place is nice and the food is excellent, it is true that the cleanliness has been getting worse and the deterioration of the place is evident. But what is unacceptable is the poor service, with slow and even lazy employees. Today, after waiting 15 minutes at the door, at 18:30 I asked for a table for 6. An unpleasant waiter told me that there were no free tables, so we decided to leave, but not before taking a walk and checking, dumbfounded, that there was plenty of room, both on the terrace and inside. I don't know what selection process this bar has, but if it were up to me, I would fire them immediately for being lazy. I will not repeat and I recommend any other cafeteria in the shopping center, in the Mentidero, the service is...

The servers pretended not to hear or see us Everytime we needed to order or to ask for something. Very very bad service, they gave me my plate without any fork or knife and when I asked for some they almost throw them! It seemed they have only two servers so I understand the pressure! At the same time… as a tourist I had a horrible time and it ruined my day. I got a noce confit but the sides are not sides , just decoration! I mean, come on! The portions are very small. The bathroom was dirty and the mirror fogy! I regreted going in. The place is ok, it seemed nice but I decided to leave and not even finish my shopping!...
