I was looking for a good parrilla that would not break the bank. I had passed by this location many times but never thought to try it out as the facade is not so inviting and is in the poligono Europolis. When you enter however, it is really nice! The dining room is comfortable and the terrace is pretty cool. We ordered the unlimited meat option and I was expecting some average meat. But to my surprise all of the cuts were above average and a really great value. Some here have complained about the charge for the bread, but really now, all you can eat for two, with drinks and a bill of just a bit more than 40€? This is great value. Estoy muy decepcionada. He ido muchas veces y siempre lo recomiendo, pero las dos últimas he tenido problemas con la reserva. Ayer ya fue indignante. Reservé con 4 días de antelación y perfecto sin problemas, dejando bien claro día y hora ( ya que la última vez me apuntaron otro día por error al que yo había dicho, pero me dieron mesa) Llegamos y veo que no encuentra mi reserva y va buscando mesa... Me dicen que sí, pero que mi nombre estaba escrito con una h en medio ... Vaaaale, no sé en qué dificulta la búsqueda pero vale. Nada más entrar nos dicen... Esa es su mesa, pero tienen de tiempo hasta las 16, sin más detalles ( nos creemos que es que a las 16 h cierran cocina y no podemos pedir comida) Cual es nuestra sorpresa al pedir una copa... Que lo que nos dijeron significaba que nos teníamos que levantar e ir porque tenían la mesa reservada.😢. Un chasco... Una vergüenza... El día de la reserva no me dijeron nada de eso. Es más, jamás me lo han dicho al hacer reserva. 1 h y media para comer y puerta. Celebraba mi cumpleaños... Decepcionante el final. Todo fue porque vinieron unas 14 personas que ya se habían sentado en la fila delante, pero un grupo estaba en mesa de 4 y no querían. Su solución era levantarnos y sentarnos en otra... Salí muy muy enfadada y sin una disculpa por parte del encargado o alguien responsable salvo un camarero que nada que ver. Ha cambiado mi visión y recomendación de este sitio 100%.
