We made a reservation as we’ve heard that otherwise it was almost impossible to have lunch without booking and got a table for three people. We got it quite late for lunch as probably they didn’t have any other spots available.
We got there and the place looks nice and comfortable but as soon as we wanted to order the situation started. I’ve asked if there was the possibility of having any vegetarian options with the daily menu as they do have some dishes in the regular menu and the answer was no, which I do understand but also believe that it is possible and also cheaper for the restaurant to allow you to have a vegetarian option, anyway, ordered miso soup and another starter which both came at the same time together while one of the other guests who was having the daily menu waited for quite a while for her miso soup, she didn’t have mine as we thought that because I’ve ordered from the regular menu maybe it was a different dish, the third guest did get her starter from the daily menu on time but way before as well from the other one.
When I finished my main dish got asked from our waiter what I wanted for dessert having to ask her to wait until the other two had finished their menus and ordered desserts as well...
We felt quite rushed out for the whole time we were there and didn’t feel very welcomed at that time of the day, we understand that workers like to leave work as well but in that case the company shouldn’t take any late bookings so they don’t make you feel like you have to leave as quick as possible, we didn’t even ask for coffee as we felt really bad and rushed out as plates were taken out of the table even before you have finished your plate...
It is quite unfortunate as we believe the restaurant is beautiful but the food quality and the way we were treated...
Read more¡ATENCIÓN, LEER RESEÑAS BAJAS ANTES DE IR, MUCHA RESEÑA ALTA FORZADA!
Read moreBecause of the good references, we were looking forward to our dinner at Sibuya, but afterwards it was not satisfying. The woman who served us seemed not to have fun in her job. Later anoyher woman also served us, who seemed to be more enthusiast. We ordered our meals, but did not get exactly what we ordered. We did not get Yakitori, but got double Yakisoba de Pollo. The food was of mixed quality. The sushi was good, the Yakisoba de Pollo was not so good. We got twice that dish, but with a different taste… Maybe it was because we were the first in the restaurant, but for us it was not an experience that makes us wanting to...
