Really bad service, DO NOT go here.

I bought the biggest smoothie + bowl for myself, and therefore payed 25 euros.

Bowl Super Natura - has 6 toppings/fruits + 1 sauce included in the price. Smoothie Super Natura - has 4 toppings/fruits + 1 sauce included in the price.

A few of the toppings costs 1 euro extra to choose (for example almonds).

If you want to choose extra fruit/toppings or sauce it costs 1 euro.

I did not want sauce for any of the items, but I did want almonds as one of the toppings for my bowl. Since I did not choose any sauce for either the bowl or smothie, I asked if 1 of my 6 toppings/fruits could be almonds without paying a euro extra.

However they refused...

I could have left with a smile, due to a feeling of getting good service and tasty food.

Instead I left annoyed, due to a feeling of getting bad service and less value for my money.

And for no reason.. They would not have lost anything letting me choose almonds, since I did not choose any sauce twice.

1 x sauce + 1 x sauce + 1 x topping/fruit changed to 1 x special

Changing 3 things included to 1.

To change 3 sauces/fuits/toppings for only 1 special would not be a loss. They are just not service minded at all.

I told them then and there how bad customer service that is...

I then deleted the positive review I had previously made for Açai Natura, and wrote this review instead.

This açaí place is amazing! The food is delicious, the service was friendly and caring, and the atmosphere of the place is calm but energizing.

I had been craving açaí so I went with the Super Natura Açaí Bowl which allows you to choose 6 toppings/fruits + 1 salsa. The bowl is large enough to contain all these toppings plus plenty of the actual açaí. I chose banana, strawberries, kiwi, mango, coconut, chia pudding (which tasted like it was made with maybe coconut yogurt, but I didn’t verify), and passion fruit salsa.

The price was worth the value of what I ordered, especially considering that you can go to nearby restaurants and order an açaí bowl for the same price with smaller portions and no option to choose what you’d like included with the bowl.

The açaí comes out of what looks like an ice cream machine. The fruit is fresh and cut to order. There are plenty of toppings options and many different size options.

I would definitely recommend and will be...

Little Açai heaven.

It is served in 3 different forms: bowl, cup or smoothies. We tried all, and they all were fantastic. My favorite part was having the ability to add a scoop of whey protein to my portion. The lady that was attending the place spoke perfect English and helped a lot in the process of choosing (since the options are basically endless) and making the best out of our experience since a few people in our group haven't tried açai before.
