Carl's Jr — Restaurant in Málaga

Totally abnormal situation. My 3 years old child left her child menu untouched fall on the floor. I have kindly asked if it was possible to change at least the 4 nuggets. The waitress after asking the manager came and said no. Of course i told them i will complain and write my experience on google. Afterwhat the manager angrily came shouting on me that I don’t have to write it on google as it s my child s fault (of course it is, and she is 3…), i explained him that from a commercial service i would have appreciated to change her meal and stop her from crying. His reply was no, not his business. I said I will complain. Then shouting on me and telling me to not complainon internet he will change the meal. I have refused the meal as I believe it’s very concerning to have to threaten to receive what I believe is a minimum of commercial service.

Very disappointed of their behavior...

My experience at JR Burger was somewhat bittersweet. I ordered a burger from the menu, and the fries came with ketchup without me asking for it. When I requested mayonnaise, an employee gave me two tiny packets but, to my surprise, she asked money for them. This pricing policy is completely unacceptable, and as a customer, I feel ripped off having to pay exorbitant prices for every little extra thing.

Despite this, I must admit that the burger and fries tasted reasonably good. It wasn’t anything of particularly high quality, but it matched the price. Nevertheless, the overall experience was marred by the feeling of being financially taken...

I was with my 12 years old son and my man and there were nobody inside and 3 ladies standing behind the counter, we went to the counter and and all they do is point at the machine. We tried to make our order and it took us quite awhile to make it tru making an order to that machine and no one has ever bother to come for assistance. They are not helpful like Mcdonalds employees do, polite and very welcoming. The price is though reasonable but service is lousy and not accommodating and the food is no better than burger king or Mc donalds so i was not really happy. My man just arrived from The Netherlands was not...
