The café advertises itself as having a co-working zone, but unfortunately, it doesn’t quite meet the expectations. I came there feeling happy, planning to spend a couple of hours having coffee, breakfast, and getting some work done. However, I discovered that the Wi-Fi in the designated co-working area wasn’t working. I tried to use my mobile hotspot, but Vodafone’s signal was weak at my table.
I asked the waiter if I could move to a table near the window where the signal was stronger, but they refused, explaining that laptops are not allowed in that area. I understood the rule but explained that the Wi-Fi in the co-working zone wasn’t functional and suggested moving closer to the window as a compromise. After a phone call with the café owner, the waiter returned and told me that the owner didn’t approve my request and stated that the café is not obligated to provide Wi-Fi.
To provide some context, I had already ordered breakfast and coffee. The prices are above average, but I was willing to pay more for the convenience of working there. Unfortunately, the food turned out to be quite average—nothing special. The coffee was fine, but not outstanding.
While I appreciate that the café has a designated co-working area, there are a few improvements that could make the experience much better: Ensure the Wi-Fi in the co-working zone is reliable, as it’s one of the key features for those coming to work. Offer some flexibility with seating when technical issues arise, like poor Wi-Fi or mobile signal. Consider being more transparent about the limitations of the co-working zone in your advertising to avoid misunderstandings.
Overall, while the concept of a co-working area is nice, the execution left me disappointed. I hope the café takes this feedback into account to improve the experience for future customers. For now, I can’t give...
Read moreThe place itself is very well decorated and instagrammable cafe. Portions are considerably small compared to cost so it makes overprice. But these are not so big problem and not a big deal, I have been in many overhyped and overpriced restaurants and cafes. The thing is, there is a really problem about approach and attitude to the customers. When we call waitress, they even did not bother to look us and with fingers, they asked us to be wait for a while in two times which is not really polite behaviour. When we sit the table, immediately they look for what we eat or drink which makes us uncomfortable and gives us idea that money focused business. Also, Previously once we sit with laptops, they asked to remove table and change to quite small table immediately. I understand the policy and rules but apparently they dont like to customers who sit for long times and occupy tables. I have been 3 times here and I really liked it but I ll never visit again for these...
Read moreThe place looks amazing and you can tell they have put huge investment of both $$ and energy, loved idea of bits of the new products to launch with the costumers of the day to see the reaction, I got a bit of match with coconut milk and although I do not drink matcha normally, it tasted great and would definitely try again. The area around still needs plenty of time to get rid of the smell of having been a hidden shady corner of a semi-construction site, but with all the construction and new buildings around it will get there at some point. I will return to try other products and the 5 stars is of encouragement for what I know is a lot of work in a new business, but I kinda wished the products were the star of the place and not its interior decor (my coffee and food were average, not something I would return specifically for). Good luck in meeting the 2 at the same level, really looking forward to...
