Gorki — Restaurant in Málaga

Well what to say when you give a one star ⭐. It is a big why and we also did end in the next place to eat ..The TGB .. we where really hungry ,and did forget to take a look in Google about this place. we did decide to take a a seat there to eat something.right when we arrived the staff was rude,we did not feel welcome at all. Anyway,We where four persons and three of us did order crepes,one with Crab meat and 2 with chicken curry, one of us order sandwich with tenderloin and fries,we also order one dumplings to share. The three of us did get the food first and that was The crepes, it came cut down on a plate like a tapas,so we did not get our own on a plate to eat.. the flavors where bad..curry chicken was cold like a paste smeared on a pancake and the "crab" was a surimi and not good at all. No salat,no rice or anything..jus a pancake with a a cold filling. My partner was waiting for his sandwich,so we did wait,and the sandwich never came.we did try to get a staff to talk to but that wasn't an easy task.they totaly ignore us and it was not bizzy. After 10 minutes we did just start to eat,my partner was trying to get someone to talk to about his sandwich, dishes came out of the kitchen for other people how came later than us ...ok finally we got some one to us and yes it was the fries ,and she said I take a look for the sandwich.well another 10 minutes and nothing,we got a contact with staff again and she was just pissed..ok where is the sandwich? It is coming she said and was showing a bad face. We did finish this pancake and the fries,and after 30 minutes finally the sandwich came. It was not a tenderloin,it was like a cardboard and you just couldn't bite in to it and there was nothing in the sandwich at all. It was uneatable.And yes the dumplings shows up and it was the same filling of chicken as in the crepes and it was good. We did complain about all of this and yes she did offer him a nother sandwich Wich is not going to happen.we did not want to pay for that bad ,late cardboard sandwich Wich we dint do in the end but we did end up going to the next place and eat a burger. TGB was amazing.. and unfortunately I don't recommend this...

They forgot about the majority of our order. We got our 2 baguettes, and then we're waiting 20 minutes and still no food. When we questioned it, they were shocked that we hadn't received our food even though there were only 3 tables (including ours) and like 6 servers. We would have still been waiting if we hadn't noticed the kitchen was empty. We finally got the rest of the food, and the order was still missing items. The burger and chips were not worth the wait. There is a burger restaurant next store and I could've got a burger and chips and eaten it while waiting for this. Not so much as an apology, just that the food was coming. Very clearly rushed as they were just standing around. Very poor service, and while I can appreciate that there is a language barrier, they spoke enough broken English to hold a conversation they could've very easily made the effort to apologise. The toilets were so messy also with toilet all over the place. It was easy to get a drink, but when asked for another, we got warm drinks and no ice. Normally I wouldn't mind but after a mistake like this I'm not impressed. I can see why no one was coming here and when they were shocked that we didn't have food that should've been a sign to just get up and leave. If you are walking by and even starving, I'd faster go fishing and cooking my own meal than go here. I hate to complain, but this was subpar, which is such a shame as it looks like a good place to eat. They broke 3 glasses as we were waiting, which was an accurate representation of this place. Their glassware, like their restaurant, is falling apart. Still made us pay the full bill after their mistake. I would be made them wait just as long for our money, but that would be a punishment for us also. The waiters were very clearly avoiding us as they knew we were upset and didn't want to have to deal with. When I finally got her attention she told me there was no manager to authorise until 8pm (we were there at 3pm) that fact there is no one who can authorise it while there is no manager is a clear sign that this has happened multiple times and they would rather avoid any...

We went to this restaurant today on the 17th July 2025. My daughter was so hungry and the restaurant looked acceptable. The greeting from the gentleman was good but then came the awful waitress with red hair. She asked us about drinks and we started to order an orange juice for our daughter. In broken English she advised that the fridge was broken. I merely asked if she has ice and then she walked away. Then she returned and threw a QR code on our table and walked away. We decided with this bad service to just walk and away and went to the next door neighbour restaurant “Plaza” (which is lovely btw. Don’t waste your time here). The next part left me completely Shocked and flabbergasted. We ordered food next door. Are the food next door. I guess at this point it had been at least 30 minutes. Then the red headed woman came to our table and plated a bottle of unopened orange juice and a bill for €3.50. I honestly sneered and just said no. She became angry and I just asked her to go. She did not take the hint so I just repeated the word go a few times. It didn’t stop there. She actually went to armed security police type people and tried to enforce an order that was not agreed or provided but thankfully the security just listened to her and then did not even bother us and walked away. Avoid this place like the plague or at least avoid the red headed woman. We were civil and polite until she demonstrated exactly how rude she could be. I even explained the situation the Plaza team and I will be polite to say they seemed appalled at her behaviour. I had to leave this review in case this is common practise here. I was tempted to discuss with the manager. I can’t believe a manager would endorse this type of behaviour. And let’s fade it if their service was good and their fridge wasn’t broken then we would not have left in he first place. I hope to have...
