The shop has a wonderful appearance and a great artisanal vibe. The staff gave us a fantastic explanation about their ice cream, mentioning that it’s made with milk from Galicia, where the cows listen to music to keep them relaxed.
However, I didn’t find the flavors extraordinary. For example, I usually love pistachio ice cream, but this time I couldn’t really taste the pistachio as much as I expected. The strawberry ice cream was good—tasty, but nothing that left a lasting impression or made me dream about it later.

The owners have their own dairy and produce creamy, light, scrumptious basic ice cream; and the savours are really original. Try ricotta with figs for light, cheesy sweetness; hierbabuena Moroccan mint for stimulating freshness; or orange chocolate for wonderful, over-the-top savour.
The service is courteous and pleasant, the location in the charming centre of the old town. Don't miss this.
