I don't usually write negative reviews because everyone can have a bad day, but I simply can't leave it without saying a word! We arrived at the restaurant on Sunday evening between 7-9 pm (I had previously read reviews about the place that it received 4.7) and there were relatively very, very few people! We got a table right away. But there was one main server for the entire terrace area! While we were there, people were coming in line and couldn't sit down because only 7-8 of the 15 tables outside were set! And as the guests came and went, the same server greeted them and seated them (set the table for them, provided tablecloths, cutlery, menus, etc.) as the one who took the order, who brought the order out or who could pay! We really, really regretted choosing this restaurant, I would talk everyone out of this place if I could. The fact that the time spent there was terribly inconvenient is one thing! The quality of the food (the pizza was raw) was not even the MINIMUM level. In terms of ingredients, what we got was poor, below value (and I'll add that for a lot of money). We had to wait a very long time, 10-15 minutes, before we could place our order. (There were times when they brought drinks to our table that we didn't order, they put them down and then left, before we could say that we didn't order them, the waiter wasn't there either). We had a hard time placing the order and since one person was doing everything on the terrace, everything became so chaotic. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we received the priceless food. We told the waiter (as he had time to take the time for us) that we would complain about the food. For example, there was no Mozzarella on the pizza, even though we asked for something that had it, or should have had it. He shrugged his shoulders and hurried to another table, leaving us there without a meaningful answer. After eating 4-5 bites of the food that was brought out, we said we would pay. The payment worked like this, or according to the restaurant, they operate it like this: they wait for 4-5 tables to pay and bring out a pile of bills at the same time, then the server (the same server I was talking about at the beginning) goes through the tables with a terminal and selects the given bill (if I'm not mistaken, there was also an example where a bill had to be canceled) and we can pay. We had to wait 35 minutes to be able to pay for the food that we ate 4 bites of because it was so bad! Outrageous! I don't know what can be going on in this restaurant during the summer season, but they couldn't even treat a handful of guests with due respect when the season is...
Read moreI went 1.5hrs before the restaurant closed. Could not find a person to ask for a seat and had to track them down. No one came to take our order even after waiting for a while and had to call the waiter multiple times. Food was ordered but not placed in. Servers were not ready to talk to us If they refused service we wouldve left. We asked and they said ‘one minute’ and vanished My partner has a severe dairy allergy and even after ordering the aglio olio and mentioning said allergy he was served pasta with cheese. My lasagna was cold. No drinks served. No plates given. Had to chase people down for everything. One server said our bills were clubbed with the table next to us (we were together) so we left. Another server chased us down to yell on the street for payment. I agreed but still there was some aggression. Bill HAD DRINKS CHARGED WHICH WE NEVER GOT. But they did take that off after clarification. Paid for food we could not eat.

Read moreI had high hopes for this restaurant, especially given its beautiful location right next to a stunning cathedral. Unfortunately, the food and service didn’t live up to the setting. The sangria was way too sweet, and even after we specifically asked for it to be made less sugary, it still came out just as overpowering. The pasta carbonara was not good—loaded with cheap ham, drowning in cream, and completely missing cheese. The pizza wasn’t any better, overcrowded with the same low-quality ham.
To top it all off, after barely touching our meals and politely mentioning we were too full, they brought out free desserts and asked us to leave a good review. A free dessert doesn’t make up for a poor dining experience. It’s a shame because the location is fantastic, but unfortunately, the food and overall experience just didn’t match.
I genuinely wish the restaurant all the best and hope they improve because their amazing location has so much potential for a great...
