Tourists, beware! This place scams visitors by overcharging.

We visited this ice cream shop and ordered three regular cones, each with one scoop—nothing extra, just a standard size like you’d get at any normal ice cream shop. The menu clearly states the price for a medium cone is 3.60€, so our total should have been 10.80€.

However, when we paid by credit card, they charged us 19.20€—which means 6.40€ per cone, almost double the listed price!

When we questioned the charge, the first employee lied, claiming we ordered “two at 5.40€” (which isn’t even a listed price). When we pointed that out, another employee pulled out a separate piece of paper—which was not displayed anywhere in the store—and claimed the price was 6.20€ per cone.

Even if that were true, 6.20€ × 3 = 18.60€, NOT 19.20€, proving that they can’t even keep their fake scam consistent!

It was obvious they were making up prices on the spot to overcharge tourists. When we told them we’d dispute it with our credit card company, they stuck to their false pricing and refused to fix the overcharge.

After checking Google reviews, I found that other tourists have had the exact same experience. Locals don’t seem to have this issue, which makes it clear that they deliberately target tourists, assuming they won’t check their receipt or argue back.

This is a scam, plain and simple.

This kind of dishonest business practice should be investigated by consumer protection agencies and tax authorities. Avoid this place at all costs! Check your receipt and don’t let...

Definitely worth to pop by. When I see ice cream in little covered containers, I know this is a good sign. As an Italian, I take ice cream very seriously. Before tying this shop I tried another one and I wasn’t too happy. I popped by in the evening, and I had quite a bit to wait (keep this in mind, they even have a ticket machine outside). Anyways, of course when in Malaga you have to try the Malaga taste. I didn’t mind it, but I guess I could feel the alcohol taste a bit too much. Still, that was really good. Then I tried hazelnut, which was also very good. The price, I am not sure if it was around 3.20€, but anyways, justified for the quality. Bonus because when ordering the small size you can have 2 flavours (in the other ice cream shop this wasn’t the case, and I found this a money grabbing technique to be honest). So...

The attitude of the staff is so poor. I and my husband ordered 2 ice cream cones and they just gave us 2 extra useless spoon while we already said no spoons. I responded to them nicely and the young girl just glared at me then took the spoons out with the poorest manner, she started yelling at us "now give me the money". I was so shocked, what kind of service is that????? That story happened to me in June last year, I didn't want to share it, but it happened (a different reason but the same problem with the attitude) to my friends recently too. Therefore, we have to rate this place 1 star, if we could give lower, we would definitely do that. I still don't understand why they gave us spoons for ice cream cones, we all know how to eat them without...

We were out for a walk and saw a crowd out front, so we figured it must be really good. We're big ice cream fans so we had to stop. The system : You have to take a ticket from the kiosk (behind the big ice cream) and the number is then displayed on the screen and called to place the order. We were number 457 and the number displayed at 437 so we waited. I guess many people left so I ordered (10€ in total): - Vanilla/Pistachio ice cream - Cold mango lemon drink - crushed ice The ice cream was super good, super smooth. Not only is the ice cream good, but they also sell very traditional Spanish products like Turron.
