Very bad experience due to rude and inhospitable personnel. Despite having plenty of free unreserved tables (would say place was empty compared to Amigos Muelle Uno for example) did not managed to get a right size table. Asked for a table of 5, and instead of geting one of the 6 places table, got a single option of a table that was increased from 4 to 5 seats. As it was to small for us, with little space beside the 5 default plates. Were told that tables are based on people count, and if we fo not like the one table to just leave. Took some pictures to show how was the state of tables for a review, and personnel almost kicked us on our way out while yelling. Attached are the 2 pictures with the customer faces obfuscated for privacy reasons .As it can be seen no table was full like we were asked too. As for the food, i can not have any opinion about this restaurant other that is unsafe to have fish and other sea products laying inside in an open tray with no ice on them.. As for the atmosphere, it can't match other restaurants nearby that were full will people, so I believe this restaurant is not so popular as they...

The staff was reacting slowly and seemed not to notice us at all.

We arrived at 6 pm, there were a lot of free tables. To avoid sun we chose a table served for 4 persons. There were two of us - me and my granny. After 5 minutes a girl brought a menu, asked if we gonna eat and left. We were studying menu, then waiting and waiting and waiting.

Then a boy came and asked us to change tables because there are only two of us. It was at list not very comfortable. He provided no assistance at all, replaced our menu and gone. He didn't even asked us after 15 mins of sitting and waiting if we want something to drink, or if we are ready to order, or if we need ny help!

I tried to get any attention from the staff but they were serving others or spend time at the bar stand. They even didn't notice us leaving.

This experience was very disappointing. And this is Michelin Restaurant... We were dressed well and would like to have a pleasant dinner. I'll never return to this place. This kind of ignorance is...

Arriving from the beach, we asked for a table outside and we were seated. But then it appears that if you’re not a local wearing proper shirt and clothing, you are not treated equally. One server was extremely rude to us, after a 20 minutes wait to get an order, dishes came but still had no fork and knife. Asking for it got us the answer : « one second! » I read the previous comment on google and saw the answer from the restaurant. You are not fully booked today and have no excuse for such attitude. I will tell the manager once I’m done eating cause I dont’ like to do this by internet. If you only want locals, just say so, i might have more money to spend than your locals but I ‘m on holidays and would respect your choice of shirt only customer. If you let me in, treat me well.

Reading through your replies, let me add, that being fully booked is no excuse for bad service. Deal with it!

Conclusion : if you do not speak perfect spanish and wear your proper gear,...

This was, unfortunately, the most disappointing restaurant experience I had in Málaga—despite its great location. A few points to consider before your visit: 1. Service: The staff was neither welcoming nor warm. I arrived at 22:20 after a long day, specifically because the restaurant’s listed hours indicated it was open until midnight. However, the waiter told me I had only 30 minutes to order since the kitchen closes at 23:00. Next time, I’ll take such warnings more seriously. 2. Food: Very poor quality. The oysters were strange, the fish was overly fatty and overpriced, and the potatoes were over salted. 3. Pricing: Transparency was lacking. When a dish is priced at €80/kg, it’s standard practice for the waiter to inform you of the expected portion size. I was not told, and I’m doubtful the fish I was served weighed the claimed 0.5 kg.
