We visited Restaurant Dynamit on Thursday, July 3rd, and had a generally pleasant experience, though with a few lingering reservations. Let's start with the positives: The food was undoubtedly a highlight. Our starters, the Tuna with raw, crispy potato, ponzu, yuzu mayo, cucumber, and mango, were fresh, well-balanced, and absolutely delicious. For our mains, the Duck Breast with celeriac puree, baked celeriac, apple, parsnip, and red wine sauce was perfectly cooked and flavorful, while the Sea Bass with crushed potatoes, pickled cucumber, herb oil, dill, bimi, and Sandefjord sauce was also excellently prepared. The presentation of all dishes was appealing, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. The service was consistently friendly and attentive throughout our meal. We also appreciated the well-curated wine list, from which we enjoyed a lovely Picaro del Aguila Clarete 2021. However, there were a couple of points that detracted from the overall experience. The restaurant was notably warm during our visit, which, while likely due to the hot weather on July 3rd, made us miss the presence of air-conditioning. Beyond that, despite all the elements seemingly being in place for a fantastic meal, there was a subtle, unquantifiable feeling that prevented it from reaching a truly exceptional level for us. Perhaps it was the relatively small menu, leaving us wondering about seasonal specials (is duck always in season, for example?). While the dishes we had were excellent, a bit more breadth might enhance the overall offering. Overall, Restaurant Dynamit offers delicious, well-prepared food and friendly service. It's a good choice for a quality meal, especially if you're not overly sensitive to ambient...

This is one of those places that you’ve heard a lot about and finally have no other choice than to go and try it out for yourself. After hearing high praise about Dynamit from 5 different friends, I booked a table for a girls dinner on a Friday night so we could try it out and… it did not disappoint! ✨
First of all, the space is extremely cozy and charmingly decorated, giving it the perfect vibe for a dinner out with friends or to bring your significant other for a date night dinner. The service is very professional and the staff welcomed us with a lot of care.
Food wise, Dynamit passed the test with flying colors! We were a group of five with very different tastes and all of us found the dishes to be full of flavor and very aesthetically served. The risotto and the beetroot salad especially won our hearts. Add to this that the cocktails were served perfectly and elevated our dishes, and you have a recipe for a perfect dinner out!
I will definitely come back, especially since the menu changes frequently and I’m super curious to see what the chefs come up with...

I am really struggling to put in to words how good this place is... But here goes:
Service: The staff are attentive, but give you time and space to enjoy your meal. They are also really friendly, and were able to accommodate our request for a non-alcoholic cocktail.
Venue: The venue is not big by any stretch of the imagination. However, there is quite a lot of space between tables and it doesn't feel cramped. The decor is well thought out and tasteful.
Menu: Looks like it varies with season/availability. A reasonable amount of choice without being overwhelming.
Food: Really really good. The balance of flavours and elements on all of the dishes was spot on - this is a very high level of cooking. Portion sizes were just right also.
Price: Very reasonable indeed. Honestly, for what you pay, you will not be disappointed.
I would highly recommend booking in advance if you're planning to visit the area. We managed to walk in on a Saturday night, as a couple... But the only seats were at the bar, which actually turned out to be good...
