Santa Coffee Catedral — Restaurant in Málaga

I've never experienced such an unpleasant situation in a café before. Today, I came with the intention of enjoying a coffee at this establishment, but unfortunately, I didn't feel welcome at all.

The café was crowded, and after circling around for a while trying to find an empty table, I finally spotted one and I sat down and waited to be served, but then a waitress approached me and told me that some people had been there before me and asked me to leave the premises.

I inquired about reservations and seating arrangements, to which the waitress responded that there was no such system, but that these people had been there earlier. Out of personal courtesy towards the older individuals who had stood up to take the seats, I decided to get up and leave.

In my opinion, if there are no reservations or a clear queuing system in place, then an empty table should be considered fair game when you manage...

I tried their toast with creamy avocado spread, fresh tomato slices, perfectly scrambled eggs, and a sprinkle of crunchy pumpkin seeds on top. Everything tasted so fresh and well-balanced – the bread was soft yet slightly toasted, the eggs were rich and fluffy, and the toppings added a nice texture. Honestly, a plate that looks good and tastes even better!

Beyond the food, the vibe of the place was warm and inviting. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality you get.

To be honest when I got to Santa Coffee Catedral for the first time, I was on my way to different restaurant to eat breakfast there, but i tried, ordered salty crêpe and felt in love.
