Premier Room Center — Restaurant in Málaga

Loved this bar until I realised they have the worst billing system in Malaga or are just out to rip off tourists. Popped into the bar earlier in the day and had some water with coffees and a few beers. Charged twice for the same drinks but just paid it and thought they must have made a mistake. Came back in the night after a lovely meal down the street and we paid for every round straight after it was delivered. Then a young waitress came out and said you haven’t paid for your drink. I told her, yes we did and we paid after each round was delivered. She then challenged me and said no you didn’t. I told her I could show her the lady I paid. After which, she said yes please. She wanted me to get up from the table and go look for the lady I paid. Anyhow, the lady I paid was sitting with some friends behind me. She went and asked her and she told her that we did indeed pay. I asked her was it confirmed. She said yes and walked on, not even an apology after saying we didn’t pay in front of all the other customers (embarrassing). I was done once in this bar and thought nothing of it but when it happened twice I was absolutely fuming. Lovely bar, great atmosphere but absolutely shocking customer service. AQUÍ TRABAJA EL RRPP CON MÁS MALA EDUCACIÓN DE TODA ESPAÑA. Fuimos por la noche después de cenar a tomar algo tranquilamente en la terraza de este sitio. A nuestro lado estaba sentado un tipo, que estaba todo el rato haciendo ruido y pegando gritos queriendo llamar la atención. Vino el camarero, nos tomó nota y después de que nos trajera nuestras bebidas, este tipo de la mesa de al lado, bebió de su botella de agua y ese agua que tomó nos la escupió a nuestro lado. Le dije que por favor eso no lo hiciera más, porque era de muy mala educación. Me replicó y me dijo que él hacía lo que quisiera, que él trabajaba ahí. Le dije que con más motivos, si trabajaba ahí, que tenía que dar ejemplo, y que dejaba al local en muy mal lugar si era parte del personal. Siguió replicando y volvió a escupirnos el agua. Ya enfadada le dije que eso no lo volviera a hacer más, y me dijo en voz muy alta “que me dieran por CL”. Por supuesto ya me enfadé y le dije que se callara ya y que tenía muy poca educación. Siguió insultándome y haciéndose “el chulito” delante de unas chicas con las que estaba. Se lo comentamos al camarero que nos atendió y nos dijo que a él no le parecía bien que me hubiera hablado mal siendo yo mujer, pero que yo no podía replicarle como lo hice. ¿Perdón? Sea yo mujer u hombre este ser no puede comportarse así, y menos faltarme el respeto. Y por supuesto que le voy a llamar la atención y que me voy a cabrear después de lo que hizo. Lo que faltaba que me tuviera que quedar callada mientras me están escupiendo. Llegó la camarera y se quedó alucinada de la actitud de su compañero el que escupía. Nos dijo que era un simple relaciones públicas, y que nunca jamás había visto algo así (la camarera por supuesto nos dio la razón). Y fue por ella, por quien no pusimos las hojas de reclamaciones, porque este suceso era para poner hojas de reclamaciones y hasta para llamar a la policía, porque este tipo se mostró además de arrogante, agresivo, ya que me amenazó. Una vergüenza que tengan trabajadores así, que agreden a los clientes, y que encima se respaldan en que son trabajadores del lugar como si fueran intocables, cuando lo único que demostró ser es un maleducado, irrespetuoso, con esos modales inexistentes, mal trabajador, y que se cree que por trabajar ahí de relaciones públicas puede hacer lo que le de la gana como si fuera de la mafia. Nos fuimos porque no había necesidad de permanecer al lado de un ser así y con un ambiente tan cargado y tan malo. Voy a describir físicamente a este tipo, para que los jefes puedan reconocerlo rápido: es delgado, poca cosa, no es alto, tiene los dientes muy feos, muy moreno (tirando a negro) y por su acento parece de origen marroquí (si no es de Marruecos, de cualquier modo es árabe). Y es relaciones públicas de este local. Por supuesto, no volveremos, pero deseamos que tomen medidas al respecto, porque este tipo de trabajadores sólo ensucian el ambiente del centro y...

Absolutely disgraceful service in this place. If you order a drink and don’t take a mixer your charged for it anyways without any explanation from The ignorant rude bar maid /supervisor didn’t get her name but if this is the way she treats normal decent people I suggest she take a look at a different career path because bar work is not for her I’ve been in the industry myself for over 20 years and would never treat customers the way myself and my husband were treated here last night and the way we were spoken to and treated in this establishment we visit Malaga a lot but we won’t be going back to this place again to be honest it could do with a good clean the place is also pretty dirty unfortunately it’s not got much competition in the area hence that’s the only reason we went in there in the first place and won’t be back. We highly recommend you avoid this place on your visit to Malaga as the way we were treated in here has actually turned us...
