VIPS — Restaurant in Málaga

We arrived for breakfast af 11am on 16/4/25. There was two staff working on the floor. The waiter was trying his best to do everything but the waitress was doing nothing.

I had to ask for a menu and as I started to browse menu she wanted our orders. We ordered the food, the drinks came very quick, then my breakfast but there was 0 sign of my husbands. I was finished my food by the time my husband got his.

While my husband was waiting for his Omlette, the waitress started to clean 3 tables but never finished it. She started to make a coffee and walked away from it and left it on the coffee maker.

When I went to use the bathroom there was no toilet paper, I asked for some and the waitress looked at me blankly.

I ordered the nachos for 9.45€ and this is what was provided. The description mentioned that it includes onions, chorizo, jalapeño etc. so I was expecting a loaded nacho and this is what I got. I talked to the waitress and she said that those ingredients are mixed in the cheese. Honestly this should be criminal, if anything it shouldn’t cost more than 3€. Very disappointed.

Nada recomendable. Soy cliente asiduo a VIPS (y a todos los restaurantes de la misma cadena) y he de decir que este es el primer (y único) restaurante que siempre atienden tarde y mal. En el caso de hoy en concreto éramos 4 comensales y hemos pedido 1 entrante, 4 bebidas y 4 platos principales. Tras hora y media, únicamente han servido el entrante y las 4 bebidas (al resto de comensales de otras mesas, que han llegado más tarde, les han servido). Cuando hemos dado queja (tras mostrar demasiada paciencia) nos han indicado que estaban a punto de salir. Han tardado 15 minutos más en salir y cuando han llegado 3 de los 4 platos principales (uno de ellos no ha llegado siquiera a servirse) estaban preparados/cocinados de manera muy deficiente (se ve que lo han hecho deprisa). El salmón totalmente crudo, el plato que tenía arroz de sushi era arroz largo y la carne del otro de los platos estaba totalmente pasada de punto y el hojaldre crudo. Al mostrar nuestra disconformidad ha alegado la camarera (de malos modos) que había mucha gente (cosa totalmente incierta pues muchos de los comensales de las otras mesas, que habían llegado más tarde que nosotros, ya habían comido). Como resultado, nos hemos tenido que ir sin comer del restaurante (repito, uno de los platos no se ha llegado ni a servir), con mal cuerpo por el trato recibido y, obviamente, con 0 intención de volver a pisar este VIPS. Seguiremos confiando como siempre en todos los restaurantes de la cadena pero, por favor, tomen nota de la mala imagen que da este VIPS al resto de restaurantes de la cadena con la mala calidad del servicio y...
