Yubá Experience — Restaurant in Málaga

My husband invited me to this nice restaurant that he went before with his colleagues. I have to say it's really charming and peaceful. The mi foie as starter was delicious. The wine was good. Unfortunately our main dish was not what we expected we order a meat dish with potatoes but what they give us was lots of big pieces of fats only not even meats. We were very disappointed by that because that is fooling people and so bad for he health how can you sell this type of fish for 20 euro that really fooling people we know what' is called god meat we travelled a lot eat a lot of different types of food meat etc but thsi meat you gave to us yesterday was disrespectful I share my opinion with the waitor and he was super nice and wnet to report it to his manager who didn't even approach us to talk about the matter they gave us the same dish but still there was some fats. Be careful explain well in details in your menu what you really serve for 20 euro that's disgraceful not healthy. Put real good meat for next time because that's wasn't meat its was...

Went here based off of a friend's recomendation. Service was attentive and kind. The food was pretty terrible. We had this ceviche dish with scallops that tasted like nothing more than the marinade it was served in. I've had ceviche en Peru, Venezuela and Mexico. I get that the preparation has a citric tang, but it's not supposed to overwhelm the seafood that it's marinated in. The scallop didn't taste like anything.

We also ordered the prawn deep fried and wrapped in the lettuce leaf. Again, no taste whatsoever of prawn. It could have been anything. The jamon gyoza was another example. It was a tasty gyoza, but it might as well have been stuffed with ground beef, because that's what it tasted like to us.

I don't know who the audience is for this food, but for anyone that actually knows how these dishes should be prepared/taste like, I wouldn't waste your time. Fake fusion/experimental to...

Decepción absoluta. Reservé con ocho días de antelación para celebrar mi cumpleaños una mesa 8 personas con menú degustación 35€ menú y maridaje 15€, fueron amables explicando todo y me dijeron que el día de la comida podríamos decir cuántas personas quieren el maridaje del menú, sin problema. Esto es lo que explico a mi grupo. El problema viene cuando llegamos al restaurante y nos dicen que acaban de cambiar la carta, el menú es diferente y el precio es más caro 40€menú 18€ maridaje, nos quedamos a cuadros, porque lo lógico hubiera sido o bien, me explican en el momento de hacer la reserva que en esa semana cambia la carta y que subirían el precio, o bien, nos respetan lo acordado en la reserva, pero fue todo por teléfono y no se podía hacer nada. Poca formalidad y profesionalidad ninguna. Nos sentamos a la mesa y esperábamos disfrutar, pero el servicio empezó muy lento, 15.10 primer plato, 16.15 aún ibamos con el segundo plato, tuvimos que llamarles la atención para que fuese más fluido todo, con esos precios mínimo se espera un buen servicio la camardra fue muy imñertinnte y nos dijo, venga retiro platos que os traigo todo junto, muy fuerte, sólo agradecer a nuestro camarero de los vinos que fué lo mejor. Por otro lado, la comida estaba buena, pero el menú degustación no merece la pena, muy caro calidad precio, mucho nombre y poca cosa, el resumen es trozo de foie, un minirollito, una croqueta estaba fria congelada el centro, un poco de pasta, un bocado de salmón con noodles que era de la antigua carta, porque en la nueva carta aparecía rodaballo que no tenían, es decir, que nos pusieron lo que quisieron y tuvimos que pagar la subida y aguantarnos. Los postres estaban buenos. Tenía unas expectativas muy altas y mucha ilusión por celebrar mi cumple en un sitio tan cool, pero fue un desencanto y una decepción total y absoluta, no volveré ni lo podré recomendar ni yo ni las 8 que...
