The Club Málaga — Restaurant in Málaga

We went for dinner at this place last Friday. There was nobody but us which was weird since we saw a lot of good reviews here. It felt rushed since they were serving already the main course while we were still eating our starters which is not good because we were worried our main course will get cold so we were hurrying to finish our starters. Since the table was small and it was not a lot of space for all the plates so we need to move around the plates because they already serve the main dish as well. The most annoying part is that they don’t check and clean up the plates from the starter even though no other customers were around so we need to stack the plates ourselves so we have space to eat properly our main dish. It stayed there until we finished eating. A stack of plates in front of us. So they are quick serving all the food but not cleaning up when nobody else was inside. They also close an hour before the closing time so we needed to drink our drinks quick because they told us they will close in 10-15 mins after 21:30 when on the website it states they close at 23u. We felt they want to close early so they serve everything so quick even though she saw we were still not done eating with our starters. Waitress was nice but this kind of service is very disappointing and it was not cheap. If we pay this much of money, we expected to enjoy our meal and time and not being rushed and left us with the dirty dishes infront of us. A Perfect Spot for Breakfast!

This place was fantastic for breakfast! We waited about 10 minutes to be seated, but it was completely worth it. Our server, Daniela, was wonderful — friendly, patient, and always smiling. She made us feel right at home and never rushed us.

The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, creating the perfect start to the morning. I ordered the classic pancakes with a few sides, and everything was absolutely delicious. I loved that each item was served separately so I could add just the right amount to my pancakes — a small detail that made a big difference!

After reading the reviews, we decided to call for lunch. A good decision, we had the chicken stir fry, with rice noodles and vegetables (not many vegetables though) they were sparse, but the taste was good. Patatas Fritas were very good. Server was Isabel, she was functional but not friendly, no warmth or smile as such we didn’t leave her a tip. We would however return for the food.
