This place is one of the gems in the World! Their knowledge and passion for coffee is unseen. The friendliness and humble way of responding to curious questions is admirable! The brew bar is filled with unique tastes from around the world, freshly roasted in Malaga.

Their menu for food is no less. The toasts or the cakes. Shakshouka or Turkish eggs, everything is excellent! And the design of the spot! Splendid.. I could live here..

The Lab by Next Level feels like the sweet spot where serious coffee and easygoing atmosphere meet. Juan dialed in my flat white so perfectly that I still remember the silky texture and clean finish, easily one of the most memorable flats I have had. Smooth music filled the space, the vibe stayed friendly and unpretentious, and it all just clicked.

Between sips I tried their mango cold brew, bright and tropical without being sweet, a fun contrast to the espresso. The San Remo machine behind the bar looked sharp, and every drink coming off it seemed consistent. There is seating both inside and out, so you can pick sun or shade, and the menu offers enough croissants and small plates to keep you lingering.

🥞 🤤 I dream of these pancakes!

Let’s start by saying that I’m half American. So I know my flapjacks. These pancakes are not only fluffy and light, but they’re deliciously packed with flavor.

Chai was also delish (but I know that cuz I’m a regular at their other locations).

My friend got their bikini mixto which I normally wouldn’t order at other places, but after trying hers, I felt like this might be a contender for when I’m craving a savory breakfast. I could go on and on about their sweet and savory twist to this Spanish classic but I won’t give any spoilers. You’ll have to try it for yourself!

The new location is also super nice and very spacious. I still love Next Level 1 but this is great if you’re going with a bigger group.
