We ordered three of the octopus meals. The menu clearly said black noodles but instead we got mashed potatoes. We asked the waiter about it and he claimed that we were wrong and the translation was not right. We tried to tell the waiter that it clearly said black noodles and even showed him a translation from Spanish to English. After a while the waiter brought another table the same octopus meal but instead it had the black noodles just how we ordered. We asked the waiter about it and he told that they only had enough noodles for one meal and not three. We didn't quite understand that why didn't they tell us they didn't have enough of the noodles instead of claiming that we are wrong and lying. Really terrible service. First telling us that we are lying about the translations and pictures in google maps and then actually having the noodles but not having enough. We had to pay the full price which was really unfair considering the fact that we didn't get what we ordered even though other people in the restaurant got the meal right. Definitely don't recommend going especially as a tourist. (Second photo is taken from...
Read moreThis place is definitely a "hidden" treasure in the city center of Málaga. My family found this place because of the "Vive Málaga" tapas promotion, which offers 2 beers and a "tapa" for a very convenient price. We didn't have a reservation but the waiters and waitresses treated us like royalty. They set us up with a table without hesitation. They were very kind and attentive for the hour and a half that we were there. Not sure if it's the norm for Málaga or if it was just this place in particular, but I can't remember receiving better service than what we received at Casa Amigos. They were amazing!! Then, there is the food. The honey-mustard salchichón croquetas were fabulous and one of a kind. The patatas bravas were very original, with a creamy brava sauce that was very delicious. Last but not least, there is a little jungle-gym play area that is almost as if it were reserved solely for the kids dining at Casa Amigos. Our kids played almost the entire time. One of a kind place and I highly recommend that you visit!!! We came...
Read moreSo disappointed, was looking forward to visiting Casaamigos and booked through the fork app for Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately from the minute we walked in we felt like an inconvenience, sat at a table and left with no offer of a menu. When we asked for a menu we were told that it was online and to scan the QR code on the table, despite the fact that there were menus on all the outside tables while we were sat inside. We felt so uncomfortable that we chose to leave without ordering. There were only 2 other tables so it was not down the fact that they were busy. My advice is a to visit other restaurants where you’ll be made to...
