Restaurante Pizzería Sa Colàrsega — Restaurant in Maó

Saturday 20th July 2024: friendly waiting staff, great food and a good atmosphere. Our starters: 2x portions of deep fried calamari (Calamares A La Andaluza) and 1x moules mariniére (Mejillones A la Plancha). All very delicious. For our mains: 1x salmon with potatoes (Salmón A la Parrilla), 1x margarita pizza (Pizza Margarita), and 1x baked cod with potatoes and leeks (Bacalao con Patatas y Puerros). The salmon was slightly overdone but the cod was perfectly cooked with melt-in-the-mouth potatoes. The pizza was good too. Dessert: 1x chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream (Brownie de chocolate con helado de vainilla), 1x cheesecake (Tarta de Queso) and 1x tiramisu (Tiramisu). All of the desserts were enjoyable. We had an incredible dining experience at Restaurante Pizzería Sa Colàrsega! The food was absolutely top-notch — the pizza was perfectly crisp with a deliciously flavorful base and fresh toppings, easily one of the best we’ve had. The risotto was creamy, rich, and full of depth — every bite was comforting and satisfying. But the real standout was the oxtail ravioli — tender, full of flavor, and simply unforgettable.

The service was equally impressive. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. You can tell they really care about the guest experience.

És sa tercera vegada que venc en un any, i sa tercera vegada que tenc problemes. Ses dues primeres no vaig voler fer cap comentari, però avui, honestament, m’he cansat. Una vegada vaig demanar sa pizza sense formatge i sense pesto, perquè es fa amb formatge. La van dur amb es pesto. Val, un error. La van canviar. Sa segona, es cambrer em va assegurar que es pesto no duia formatge, i quan la vaig provar ho vaig notar de seguida. Va demanar a cuina i em va dir que li sabia greu, que efectivament es pesto duia formatge. Sort que no era alèrgica, perquè sa història hagués acabat molt, però molt malament. Avui, sa pizza ha arribat amb un ingredient de menos. Quan l’he vist tan pobre ho he dit. Primer no m’han escoltat, he tingut que insistir, i després s’han disculpat… i l’han tornat cremada. No l’han feta de nou, han afegit s’ingredient i l’han cuinat una estona més. L’he menjat: estava morta de fam, estava cansada. Però em genera molta impotència pagar tot s’import d’una pizza que ni tan sols du tots els ingredients i que a més ESTÀ CREMADA. Que molt bona al centro, però cada poc un regust amarg a sa boca. Veig molt malament tenir que dir coses tan òbvies, perquè no tenc cap ganes d’anar-li diguent al cambrer ara açò, ara allò altre.
