The two Michelin star rating is what attracted us to the restaurant. Unfortunately it did not live up to the standard we expected at all. We had to send the fish back because it was not fully cooked, but apart from that the food was tasty. However, the main let down was in the service. It looked and felt very disorganized. We had to wait 45 mins for someone to attend to us, and even bring water. They brought us two slices of bread, but no olive oil or butter to go with it. We had to ask for oil/butter and it seemed like we had asked something unsual or like an inconvenience. It all came separately and needed us to ask at every step. Even my husband's drink order had to be repeated at the point at which they brought mine, so it came separately. After we placed our order of a starter and a mains, they arrived with the mains but no starter. When we reminded them about the starter, the waiter asked if he could bring the starter after the mains, so we said no. Because my fish dish had to be sent back, my husband finished his main course, and when my dish arrived, I was eating by myself. We were not the only table that had issues, we could hear other tables experiencing delays and forgotten orders too. In fact at one table, they took the order for 4/6 people and not the remaining two who had to order once the dishes for the first 4 had arrived. It all felt really disorganised and like it was being run by students. Sorry to have to be harsh but you don't expect this service when you look deliberately for a Michelin starred restaurant. There was only 1 waiter who looked like he knew what he was doing, but he probably was overwhelmed in this situation. At the end, when the bill arrived, the starter that we never had was included in the bill. The restaurant was not very busy (maybe they didn't have enough staff for the few tables they had) but there seemed a total lack of communication between staff. We had to remind them that we didn't have the starter, and to adjust the bill. After all this, there was not even a verbal apology, let alone any adjustment to the bill. So we paid and were glad to leave. Moral of the story: Michelin stars don't guarantee a...
Read moreI had the absolute pleasure of attending this incredible cocktail masterclass, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We were guided through the art of creating refined and unique cocktails, not just the classics, but inventive, elegant combinations that truly elevated the craft.
The instructor was knowledgeable, passionate, and made the entire session both very interesting and incredibly fun. We had the opportunity to prepare some cocktails ourselves, learning hands-on techniques that made us feel like professional mixologists. Each step was explained clearly and with enthusiasm, making it accessible even for beginners.
One of the highlights was the tasting session: we sampled a selection of rare and exquisitely made cocktails, some of which were true masterpieces of flavor and presentation. Some drinks was a surprise, with unique ingredients and perfect balance, showing just how creative and refined cocktail-making can be.
The atmosphere was relaxed yet sophisticated, and the attention to detail in both teaching and tasting was impeccable. I left the class inspired, impressed, and eager to put my new skills into practice.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves cocktails, wants to learn from the best, or simply enjoys a top-tier experience. Truly a wonderful and...
