This is one of our new Madrid favourites! The service was impeccable. The staff made sure to attend to every one of our needs. Be it explaining items on the menu or helping to navigate the surrounding neighbourhood, they were beyond knowledgeable and helpful. Cenamos 3 personas. Básicamente la puntuación de Google no se corresponde con la realidad. Una hamburguesería de barrio con clientes de cercanía que puntúan y sobrevaloran el sitio. Cómo va a tener una puntuación tan alta un sitio donde la mitad de las cosas son congeladas? aros de cebolla, patatas, batata, filete de crispy chicken, …, todo es congelado. Así que ya por esta razón solamente es imposible ponerle 5 estrellas. Pero es que luego lees las reseñas y flipas, las mejores hamburguesas de madrid dice algún flipao’. Vamos a ver, soy un experto hamburguesero madrileño (no voy de altanero, es la verdad, he estado en no menos de 60 hamburgueserías madrileñas y por esta razón, visité este establecimiento; un sitio con 4.7 hay que visitarlo siempre) y debe haber, sin exagerar, unos 50 sitios con hamburguesas mejores en Madrid. Este sitio tiene la misma puntuación que el GOBU??, mejor que el Juancho’s barbacoa o que el mismo Alfredo’s? Venga, eso no se lo cree nadie. Sitio sobrevalorado en las reseñas, así de sencillo. Los precios, eso sí, son de hamburguesería top. Los postres no son caseros y la coctelería navega entre la pena y el llanto. Le pongo tres estrellas porque las cerves están frías, y los camareros son muy amables aunque se pican bastante con las reseñas negativas en vez de verlas como alicientes para mejorar.
