Average breakfast, the service was absolutely terrible. Asked for two brunches, both orders I order a flautín (thin baguette with smashed tomatoes and jamón), it came without tomato. I asked them to bring me some as it was missing, the waitress insisted there is no tomato in the sandwich I ordered. I had to get her to read the menu to prove her wrong! Yet, she didn't apologize and left in a very arrogant way. My girlfriend ordered one with basil, for it to come without any. When asking for some the waitress replied they didn't have any. We told her they should have told us when we ordered, for her only to blame her colleague who took the order. Still no excuse. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be back and will definitely NOT recommend this...

Tras pedir un desayuno de tostada con salmon y aguacate sin informar sobre los ingredientes del mismo, me sirven una tostada con salmon aguacate y Alcaparras en vinagre (siendo yo alérgico al vinagre) tras decir sicho percance, no se hacen cargo, no me cambian el desyuno y me hacen pagar 6,70€ diciendo que la tostada ya está cortada (¿a caso querrían darsela a otro clientes?) . Pongo reclamacion y me voy sin desayunar y sin 6,70€. Nefasta política de atención al cliente. COTESTANDO A SU RESPUESTA: No, no me fue devuelto el importe del desayuno que asciende a 6,70€ como debería de corresponder. El camarero se negó, alegando que si no se le descontaría de su salario y el resto de camareros se desentendió de dicho percance. Es por ello por lo que he presentado una reclamación formal al la consejería de economía, empleoy competitividad dependiente de la dirección general de comercio y consumo de la comunidad de Madrid. Creo que hubiese sido más sencillo devolver los 6,70€ o haber cambiado el desayuno, pero esa nunca fue una opción viable como bien he mencionado. Espero que por lo menos sirva para que los trabajadores de esta empresa entiendan que cuando estas cosas suceden, el cliente no puede responsabilizarse de los errores de la empresa. Very cozy, small cafe with an efficient layout that encouraged staff to be welcoming towards customers. After leaving, I realised I had left a small bag hanging on a chair.
