La Creperie Easycrep — Restaurant in Madrid

I was disappointed with my experience. This is located near a bunch of hotels and the menu caters towards the international travelers with crepes inspired by different cuisines from around the world.

I found that the quality of food was subpar. I had the "Boston" which boasted hamburger, bacon, tomato and bbq sauce. Which ended up being more like Salsbury steak from a tv dinner, ham, single slice of tomato and the cheapest bbq sauce. The crepe itself, was great, I would have loved it if the innards were of quality and made with love. The time from order to eating was slow in respect to what was being made. It was served with a side of potato sticks, like the cheap kind you would buy in a tube from the corner store.

The free WiFi dropped out after 30 minutes when it had you sign up with your name, email and birthday for three hours...

Hemos vuelto a este sitio que tantas veces fui de pequeña y la verdad que sigue todo bastante igual para bien, con buena atención, servicio rápido y los crepes de siempre (y alguno más). Imprescindible reservar, ya que se llena. También tienen zona de terraza. La carta es algo internacional, con ensaladas y entrantes variados, crepes salados, perritos calientes y postres. Los crepes salados no son al estilo francés con harina de sarraceno. Y los rellenos son muy variados: los hay con morcilla de burgos, salchichas o pollo curry. Los platos son contundentes. Muchos crepes tienen bechamel en su interior y todos vienen acompañados de patatas paja (algo rancias). Nosotros pedimos: -Paté de campagne. Viene bien presentado, con tostas pequeñas, un trozo de pan de barra, encurtidos y mermelada de frambuesa. La calidad del paté era estándar. En general, estaba rico. -Crepe de ahumados. Creo que es el que más me gustó. Lleva buena cantidad de salmón ahumado y huevo cocido picado. Se presenta abierto. -Crepe de morcilla de Burgos. Con bechamel, huevo plancha y morcilla de Burgos. La bechamel me resultó algo sosa y muy firme de textura. La yema del huevo estaba bastante cocida y la morcilla estaba repartida por el crepe, quedando trozos solo con bechamel. No me dijo mucho… -Crepe de curry madras. La verdad que me sorprendió mucho para bien. La salsa es sabrosa, con intensidad de sabor a jengibre y curry. Y vienen muchos trozos de pollo. Como decía, el servicio fue rápido y agradable. Pagamos 17€ por persona. Me gustó porque me trajo recuerdos de la infancia. Aunque reconozco que la comida no...

La Creperie is a very relaxing place to enjoy a crêpe, located just next to Parque del Oeste with a big terrace🌳☕️. They have 50+ options. I had the Breakfast crêpe last time (cheese, bacon, and egg🥞🧀🥓🍳). I have been living in the neighborhood for almost six years and they have always been here (I think around 35 or 40 years now). 🥂🍻🥗🧀Also if you just want to have a coffee, cold wine, beer, salad, or some cheeses and patés, they have it.
