I felt a little bad to step into obviously a local joint. But it was so comfortable with no frills with very good drink and food, I went back for the second time. On my first visit, I ordered cafe con leche with churros. It was good! Nothing fancy and a big bottle of what must be the Spanish version of Hershey's chocolate syrup was put on my table. But they were good! On the second visit, I ordered potato omelet, orange juice, and tea. The omelet was thin and flat, not the famous "tortilla", but tasted better than most I tasted elsewhere's tortilla! Also, unexpectedly, the orange juice was fresh squeezed and great. These mom-and-pop places is what I love to find to get the real feel of what a...
Read moreGreat place for a quick and healthy breakfast. Fabulously priced place. Between 4 of us , we shared 6 dishes, 3 coffees and a hot chocolate and still the bill only added up to 24 euros. Not much choice for strict vegetarians. If you eat eggs, then the options are manifold. The service is super quick, quite helpful and very friendly. Coffee was also really good. They also have some very good looking churros which we were too full to order. They also do this magical thing with Croissant by cutting it open, toasting it and then buttering it up. Must try their potato...
