La Casa Encendida — Attraction in Madrid

THERE ARE NO ORIGINAL OR REPRODUCTION PICASSO WORKS IN THE EXHIBITION

The place is nice and the staff are friendly. However, the description of the exhibition meant I thought there would be 50 Picasso works with 50 artists responding to these originals. A great concept but only labels for the picasso works are left. Presumably they were there but have now been removed. This significantly detracts from the purpose of the exhibition. All that is left is 50 works which are largely imitations of Picasso's style. There are English QR codes for all the text but I found the layout with the text on the opposite wall to the unlabelled pictures confusing.

A tour sat dominating one room for over 30 mins so I couldn't see half the works, but in the end I decided it didn't matter as I did not find the works that engaging.

I visited in September 10th 2023, it had impressed me, the exhibition of Picasso’s untitled works “SIN TÍTULO” was really worth it, the way they presented the work itself was very creative, but it might had just over and be replaced by another exhibition. Most reputed language & cultural center, I listened to one of my friends, who has taken a course from this. I went there and contacted with reception and sat on a language admission level test, but the authority didn't select me. I was frustrated. But still I want to take administration from there because I heard from my friend that inside there is a good Library, so I want to take a chance to study there and get liberty access.
