Wow, what an incredible night in Madrid! Amid the cobblestone streets and tapas temptations, I stumbled into this gem of an Italian restaurant-and honestly, it saved my evening. The bolognese was SO incredibly salty, had maybe 2 bites then refused to eat anymore because our appetite was lost and disappointed at that point. I told the waiter and he said the cook made a mistake but that he already left for the night so there was nothing to be done, didn’t even offer to take it...
