Indian Flavour — Restaurant in Madrid

Where to begin? I should have been immediately suspicious when it was empty on a Friday afternoon at 2:30. I was there with 5 other women. We all ordered the menu del día, a good price at 12.95€. However that’s where the good ends. First of all, please tell your waitstaff to shower and wash their hair before coming to work. The portions were minuscule and everything was loaded with sugar. Only the naan bread was acceptable. I ordered the onion starter, which sounded promising. Another person also ordered that and they brought it out on one plate, making us share off the same plate. The chicken tikki masala was the smallest portion I have ever seen, with about 4 small pieces of chicken. A few other customers eventually came in, but despite there only being 4 occupied tables, it was almost impossible to get the attention of the waitstaff. When we finally got the bill, they had charged for 2 glasses of wine. The menu clearly states that wine is included in the menu. They tried to tell us that only the house wine was included in the menu and that we had ordered “special wine”. (We did not). Also, Cune Rioja isn’t “special”, you can get it at the Carrefour Express. No apologies, just a “next time it will be free”. WHAT NEXT TIME? Complete...

We happen to visit Indian flavour and met Aarti & Deepak and they were one of the best hosts in indian restaurant during our 12 days of our Europe trip.

Excellent ambiance and tasty food was served to us again in this trip.

We are vegetarian and had Paneer tikka masala, mixed vegetable and dal Tadka along with Garlic naan and jeera rice.

Aarti also served us some good indian masala tea, and it was great. given the fact that we are tea lovers...

This restaurant is closed on Monday and so we came today from airport to have our lunch before we board the flight to India.

DO NOT order via delivery apps. Indian Flavour are in charge of the delivery - so no order tracking via glovo. I have waited more than 2 hours for my food to be delivered and it still has NOT BEEN delivered, even though the delivery app suggested a delivery time of 30 mins. Yes, more than 2 hours and no delivery!! No APOLOGY or rationale for delay was given when I called them to ask them on status of order! Instead they lied and said food will be delivered in less than 10 minutes, when in reality it is 1 hour since my phone call and still no delivery. TRULY AWEFUL SERVICE!! AVOID...
