The tour is fictively made super long where it should not be. There is a lot of unnecessary walking all over the stadium. The exibits are scattered around instead of close to each other. I believe it is on purpose to make you feel like you spent a lot of time at the visit while you spent a lot of time walking around the corridors.
In the end, I was already tired, I had to walk 500m just to exit the stadium, unnecessarily crossing some bars for the fans (totally unnecessary)...
It is not clear where the entrance is (had to walk all around the stadium to find it).
The price of the ticket is too expensive for what it offers.
The prices of the fotos with the CL trophy are astronomous and absurd (15 eur for a small photo), it should be included in the astronomous ticket price (35 eur). The ticket prices are double compared to a world-class "real" museum like El Prado (18 eur). I think that makes it clear what the real purpose of the tour is...
I won't even mention the prices at the official store... For example, 2 simple RM branded pencils with a rubber cost 10 eur 🤦
In the end, I just felt like a stupid tourist who should be milked for as much money as possible from an extortion machine...
Shame, the exhibits are really nice and interesting, but in the end, I just felt robbed and disappointed.
Btw, since there is still some construction going on, you don't see everything, but there is no discount on the ticket price... Again, it is a clear money...
Read moreWe were in a que for over an hour. We got in to basically look at all the trophies they won which was impressive although you would question why some personal awards were there. They had personal awards for Micheal Owen and Kaka who were not at the club at the time they won they were awarded. There were even more ques to que up for a fake photo with various Real Madrid players. At the end of the tour of the tour you would have had to que up again to see the pictures. One concerning thing about the tour was when passing the entrance to the VIP seats (Which you do not get to look at) there was a very large photo of a Florentino Perez on the wall. I found this very haunting as I can't think of any other club in the world who would have this of a club president especially a club with all the amazing players that played with the club over the years. This is a man who wants to break up all the major leagues in Europe and take the soul out of football. Looking at the photo you also felt reminded of the facist links to the club historically. The fact that the stadium was under construction at the time would still make me want to revisit to see the more intimate parts of the stadium but until that I would...
Read moreThis tour shows an absolute lack of respect towards Real Madrid fans ! It shows that Real Madrid is just a money machine with no consideration towards their fans. This is LITERALLY a 5 minutes tour and no more. The stadium is under construction inside as well (we knew about outside) and you can literally see a room with the trophies and that's it! Then you go on a path with only concrete which leads you to the Real Madrid store where you can buy the photos done at the entrance (€19 euros per large photo and €15 for a small one ) This was absolutely the worst money I ever spent. When I mentioned to one of the employees, she told me that everything is mentioned when you book. Obviously it doesn't tell you that this is a 5 minutes tour. We have been to Paris Saint Germain one a month ago and that was an hour tour or more, you could go on the pitch and all kind of rooms inside the stadium but this is not the case with Saint bernabeu. What a disappointment for the children.
Do not got and do not waste your money! Is the full price for literally 5 minutes tour. Better go an have a nice dinner than wasting your money. We spent €110 for the entrance...
