Amuse bouche a Pumpkin soup on the house. Pleasant, and a nice welcome.

Seaweed salad, nicely presented, super fresh, shaved red onions, cucumbers and radishes. Nice composed dish. A touch to sweet. But a great starter

Vegetable tempura (hot pepper, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, green beans, zucchiniq) super light and crispy, a bit under seasoned, with a light dipping sauce.

Ordered the toro and hamachi nigiri and sake maki - melt in your mouth good! The proportion of fish to rice was perfect.

The service was absolutely perfect. The spacing and the help of the waiter was really appreciated.

Truly the best sushi I EVER had! We where on a road trip for 2 days to Madrid and you can not miss this! The 4 of us had a reservation at 9 what was perfect!!! It was not busy yet and we didn't have to wait at all! The staff was amazing, the restaurant and the food where incredible. Fuimos a cenar atraídos por las buenas opiniones, pero nuestra experiencia no fue demasiado buena. Los tako yaki, los california roll, estaban bien, y el postre coreano de creps con helado de sésamo negro, aunque sencillo, estaba bueno. Pero el resto... En el sashimi variado, el salmón estaba muy rico, el pez mantequilla estaba helado y el atún tenía una textura terrible y estaba totalmente insípido. El nigiri unagi (anguila flambeada) estaba algo churruscada, y el nigiri kaibasira (vieira) estaba realmente malo, el sabor y la textura de la vieira era realmente desagradable. Además ambos en ambos nigiris el arroz se desmenuzaba haciendo muy difícil comerlo, ni siquiera con la mano. El daifuku mochi de té verde me pareció demasiado amargo, pero eso es algo subjetivo en función del paladar de cada uno. Realmente nos sorprendió la experiencia ya que el restaurante está muy bien posicionado y tiene buenísimas críticas, pero lo que yo viví no fue eso. Por ese motivo quiero creer que fue algo puntual, pero no me han quedado ganas de repetir visita para comprobarlo. Y para colmo, durante la cena, justo detrás había un grupo entre los que se encontraba un impresentable que no hacía más que hablar a gritos; yo no oía a nadie más de su grupo ni de ninguna mesa, y casi ni oía a mi pareja, solo se le escuchaba a él gritar sin parar, lo que acaba resultando muy molesto y...
