Ordered chicken menu for 2 but unfortunately it came without the 3 sauces, i called them to inform and tell them to send me the sauces , and instead of saying yes they will ,they told me to go to the restaurant if i want the sauces. One of the waiter said he is new and he does not know how they work ( NOT MY PROBLEM, IF HE WAS NEW OR NOT). And the other waiter also started with the excuses. And also i will add that the salad that they send out for delivery is not fresh and the french fries also were not god because half of the portion was old fries and was preheated again. Bad taste. Finally we had a halal place to eat but each day their service and quality is going down. The last 3 times i ordered has been a bad...

I have been a client since 2018 and I love this place very much. Service and meal quality and presentation was top class. When ordering a meal for two, we would have the employees generously bring us the orders to the table. The fries would be served on top of a mini-basket. But recently the overall quality of meals and services has gone downhill. The fries would simply be wrapped with cheap paper that literally melts from the heat, the "parrilla para dos" used to be served with a small plate underneath covered by burning pieces of carbon. Now the meal is served without even a cover to keep the food from going cold, especially due to the freezing weather outside, and the customer has to go through the hassle of collecting the meal on the counter. Please make a note of this because the food is superb and the quality deserves to be at the same level.

Soy cliente desde 2018 y me encanta mucho este lugar. El servicio y la calidad de la comida y la presentación fueron de primera clase. Al pedir una comida para dos, los empleados nos traen generosamente los pedidos a la mesa. Las papas fritas se servirían encima de una canasta pequeña. Pero recientemente, la calidad general de las comidas y los servicios se ha deteriorado. Las papas fritas simplemente se envuelven con papel barato que literalmente se derrite por el calor, la "parrilla para dos" solía servirse con un plato pequeño debajo cubierto por trozos de carbón ardiendo.
