Tennessee BBQ — Restaurant in Madrid

Servis was nice and lovely, but the rest? Catastrophy. The ingredients were clearly good, but the kitchen has no idea what to do with them. We were the only 2 people in restaurant, our burgers arrived after 45 minutes of waiting, cold. One - smash - was overbaked beyond repair, the other one - rare - was raw and cold in the middle … bacon could be used as a charcoal for the stove, sauce was off… honestly, everything was off, except servis. Difference im taste is one thing, but I do know how to cook and how to cook meat - even American way - and this is not it. I had better burger in Burger King, and I don’t like Burger King. I’m sorry guys, but this is ine of the worst burgers in Madrid, if they learn how to work with good ingredience, I’m happy to try again, but nit...

Just ate here and have to approve with the great rating they have. The Burgers are really great. Probably one of the best I ate. Especially the patty is great, good meat and juicy as it should be. Also tried the pulled pork which was also great. If I would have to say something negative then the only thing that would come to mind, be the bacon which was definitely beyond crispy and was so dry that it broke off by simply touching it. But as mentioned, was the rest of the Burger so great that it did not matter in the end. Next to the food was also the service good and friendly and the place looks amazing. Nice little cosy place. I like the atmosphere.

The waitresses are friendly, and pretty. Nevertheless, they do not leave the bar, you need to go to order there, pick-up your food there and finally to pay there.

The food and beverages are OK, it is an interesting mix of Tennessee and Venezuela, let's say it's a Tennezuelan place. The food takes a long time to come out of the kitchen.
