The chicken fillet had an unpleasant taste, reminiscent of old or poorly stored meat. While I understand that businesses aim to manage costs, compromising on food quality can adversely affect customers’ health and lead to wasted meals. On a positive note, the fries and drink that accompanied the burger were acceptable and seemed fresh.

The food at London Grill is absolutely delicious, with standout dishes like their grilled chicken and smash burger. The grilled chicken is perfectly seasoned, juicy, and has a smoky char that elevates its taste. The smash burger is another highlight—crispy on the edges, tender inside, and packed with flavor. The menu also includes a variety of options, from pizzas to fried chicken, ensuring there’s something for everyone .

The service at London Grill is excellent—attentive, friendly, and efficient. The staff ensures a smooth dining experience . The prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal without breaking the bank. The café has a casual yet inviting atmosphere, with wheelchair accessibility and a convenient location near El Carmen metro station and Las Ventas bullring . Whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or a relaxed meal, the vibe is comfortable and enjoyable. Would I return? Absolutely!

Food: With warm food, nothing can go wrong. They made the food on the spot once ordered.. so you will definitely get something warm/hot. Taste is great too!

Service: The lady on site deserves more than 5.. she herself can be classified as a 10/5 and ready for big organisations. With non stop smiles and greets, she excelled well in Customer Service and Public Relations. She moves quick and efficient, and definitely maintained the place well. Thank you for being patient and giving top service.

Atmosphere: Clean place, nice deco and well maintained restaurant. Definitely the place to go, even for coffee breaks.

This will be the most recommended place to go Madrid for Muslim Travellers. From makan to a resting area, this would be one place we will tell you to stop at. And then best part of it all, the price is affordable!!
