Exquisita crema, saborazo a limón, equilibrada.

Me moló mucho.

🐷 Gochitos

🐷🐷🐷🐷

⬆️ A destacar

Servicio profesional y atento.

⬇️ A mejorar

#gocheando #gocheandoqueesgerundio #filustro #filustreandoqueesgerundio #gastronomía #restaurantes #madrid #cocinamediterranea...

Came in for the ratings but found it much to be a tourist trappy place.

We came in starved and ordered the fried calamari to start with and then the seafood paella and the grilled octopus.

The service is suuuuuuuuper slow. The service staff took ages to take our order and even more time to get the food. The food doesn’t even come together.

The calamari was super fresh but tad undercooked. Slightly chewy. I’ve had better.

The seafood paella tasted really good but the portion size was quite inadequate. Don’t be fooled by the large plate. The rice is cleverly spread out to make it look fuller. For 20+ EUR you would be easily forgiven to expect more than 2 pieces of shrimp and 2 pieces of clams. Also the shrimp wasn’t cleaned properly and still had that black digestive tract vein. Not sure if that’s how things go in Spain.

The octopus never came.

In their defense, they offered to place an order for the octopus and even offered a complimentary dessert but since I was so done and running late, I politely declined.

All in all- I hope this was just an off day for you guys. But I’d not visit again until I was...

We made a special journey to this place to eat their 'Discalux' burgers. They have stopped doing them, however for normal burgers they are still charging the same price. Also serving burgers with manchego cheese. . At best (for us that is) this is passable as tapas with a beer not on a burger. We asked if the cheese could be changed but they refused. Overall the place is nice. The staff are fine. When on Gran via we often stop for a beer. They've changed the seating to hard wooden stools...a trick to move customers on quickly...and it is uncomfortble. They insisted we sat near the door on a cold day. Even though the restaurant part at the end was half empty. And even though we were eating they still wouldn;t allow us to sit in the back part where it was warmer. So we sat near the door. It was a fruitless effort because we weren't comfortable, we were cold and they no longer served the food we...

Went with a group of 6 friends to celebrate one of their birthday. They accommodated us in a very nice table (the whole area was bigger and prettier than it looks from the outside!). The attentions from the Maitre was exceptional, very kind to us and even gave us a piece of cake for free to sing Happy Birthday to our friend. Entrances were delicious as were the main courses themselves. Only complaint I've got is once they brought the main dishes, the sides ones took way to long: so we basically had to eat the meat alone first so it wouldn't get cold and it took like 5-7 minutes for the sides to arrive, so it was like eating by parts and was a bit annoying given the overall excellent experience. That's the reason I don't give 5 stars. Putting that detail aside, it's an incredible place with tasty food, very fair prices considering quality and location. Will definitely come back for another occasion.

Dinner was good no complains about the food, the place quite nice as well. The host and one of the waiters super nice and friendly. The mood changed since another waiter, with black hairs and young I would say, he refused to speak in English even though we made it clear we do not understand Spanish, during the meal tried to take the plates away, when we finished Again he will speak only in Spanish to us, at some point i had to become rude and ignored him until he spoke to me in English! It wasn’t the case that he did not know English (my mother tongue is not English either dont get me wrong) he just refused to speak! The final straw was when i tried to pay and leave a tip he said no keep it and just walked away.. If you don’t like to work in customer service then don’t! The other waiter and the host were amazing though!
