Absolutely loved our experience at Lima Nikkei! The food was a perfect fusion of bold Peruvian flavors and delicate Japanese technique. We tried several makis — Zamburiña, Acevichado, and Nori Furai — and each one was incredibly fresh, creative, and beautifully presented. The highlight for us was definitely the Humi Meshi de Rocoto with Lomo al Chimichurri Nikkei — packed with flavor, perfectly balanced spice, and melt-in-your-mouth tender meat.

Special thanks to Grecia, our server, who made the experience even better. She was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about every dish, helping us make great choices. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of.

Some of the best sushi I’ve had in the city. I greatly enjoyed the salmón flambeado nigiri, zamburiña roll, and the tuna hand roll. I took away one star because the nigiri anticuchero was difficult to chew in one bite as I was almost choking on it. El sushi, delicioso probamos el nigiri de tuna y foie está buenísimo, lleva salsa teriyaqui y un toque de lima que hace un contraste brillante El nigiri de atún y ahiji ahumada es muy sorprendente, un claro ejemplo de la fusión peruana asiática 😚 El nigiri katsu superlativo, lámina de salmón con aceite de trufa y ralladura de naranja El tataki de atún es un must el último atún así de rico lo comí en Barbate Dudamos entre ceviche o tiradito y finalmente nos decantamos por el ceviche de lima un clásico.
