Excellent fried chicken!! Best customer service around. Spicy and hot entrees were truly hot and spicy. Side dishes were awesome. Came with my wife after watching a few K dramas, and the fried chicken kept tempting us. Celebrated a special birthday dinner there 2 weeks later, first time for all of them and they loved it. Came back a few weeks later since friends in town wanted a great and fun meal. Everyone said they would come back for more. I like the disposable gloves to handle the chicken and not get the hands greasy. Never tried it, but saw the best looking corn dogs being served. Next time. Soju as a chupito to finish...

SAVOR HUB 📍 DÓNDE: C/ Fernández de los Ríos, 93 🍽 RESEÑA: Este fin de semana estuvimos probando un nuevo restaurante coreano en la zona universitaria. Nos gustó mucho su decoración, es un sitio perfecto para ir en pareja o con amigos, y su carta es bastante extensa y enfocada a la cocina coreana.

En esta visita probamos: -Mandu Kimchi (10,80€ / 6 unidades): Empanadillas de cerdo y kimchi. Bien rellenas y muy ricas. -Kimchi (4,50€): Col fermentada con picante coreano. Si nunca has probado el kimchi, esta es posiblemente la mejor forma de hacerlo. La salsa está muy buena y es un picante bien controlado. -Koran Hotdog (5,90€): Salchicha frankfurt y mozzarella rebozado. Uno de nuestros platos favoritos, tiene muchísimo queso. -Kimbap de ternera (11,80€): Roll de arroz envuelto en alga con ternera, cangrejo, huevo y verduras. Una especie de sushi, bastante grande de tamaño y con un sabor muy refrescante. -Korean Fried Chicken Sweet on Fire (13,80€): Pollo fresco de muy buena calidad, marinado de 12h a 48h. Salsa en su punto justo de picante. Imprescindible. -Burger Chimek Hub (12,50€): Hamburguesa de contramuslo de pollo frito al estilo coreano con pepinillo, ensalada de col coreana y salsa Dolkom-heat. Un concepto diferente que nos sorprendió para bien. -Fresa (9€): Fresas troceadas con salsa de fresa y helado de fresa. De postre, un gran helado, a dos temperaturas con fresas. My husband and I had fried chicken with honey sauce and wasabi sauce. I wish they had authentic Korean sweet chili sauce, however the chicken was so crispy and delicious. We loved it. The staff (I didn’t asked her name) spoke good English, and she was great with the service. It would be great if there was “menu del dia” that includes one drink...
