Galileo Galilei — Attraction in Madrid

Tried to call to ask about reservations. I asked the person who picked up the phone if they spoke english and they didnt. There was zero effort on his part to communicate with me, his answer was simply “no” and I had no choice but to end the call and give up.

Fyi English is not my first or only language, but common for international tourists... a big part of potential clientele. Message loud and clear: we dont care about you as a client...

I mean the place is alright. They have way too many people in one place due to lack of space and the tables are being extra close to the stage. Security is pretty tight and it seems that there are lots of staff but you guessed it wrong. The service is slow and its almost not there. The show was entertaining due to the audience, not the showman. My friends invited me to see the show, I enjoyed but there are rooms for improvement...

Hoy, viernes 23 de mayo he asistido al concierto de Tennessee en esta sala que representa uno de los lugares con más tradición de música en vivo de Madrid. Quiero destacar que aunque soy una persona con movilidad reducida y utilizó una silla de ruedas he podido asistir con algún que otro problema técnico, resuelto por rampas manuales que el personal de la sala ha ido poniendo y quitando allí donde era necesario. Quiero destacar y felicitar el comportamiento del personal de la sala, que en todo momento han contribuido a facilitarme a mí y a mi acompañante, toda la atención y ayuda que ha sido necesaria. No cabe duda, que sin ellos no hubiera podido disfrutar del concierto, por lo que reitero mi agradecimiento y sobre todo mis felicitaciones, con personas así, la vida es mucho más fácil.... La accesibilidad a la sala se solventa con una rampa manual, para el escalón de la puerta y luego dos sube escaleras para salvar dos niveles interiores, que aunque suceda como hoy, que ha habido un fallo técnico, lo han solventado con rampas manuales. También quiero destacar, la amplitud y limpieza del baño adaptado. En definitiva, una muy grata experiencia y sin duda espero volver. Gracias...
