We have been staying at the Hard Rock for a few nights and we have really enjoyed everything about it. We thought we would try the in house restaurant for our last night. Firstly; I have to say our waiter was really attentive and helpful. We ordered a rice with seafood each. When it arrived it was nearly cold. It had been cooked in a different dish then had been transfered into a 'presentation' square metal frame. All of the best and most tasty bits were gone. We sent both dishes back. Instead we chose the only burger on the menu and salmon with butter sauce and baked potatoes. When they arrived the food again was not good. The 21 euro burger (in the picture) was possibly the worst burger I have ever seen. I doubt Burger King would have been proud of this disaster. The salmon was ok but didn't have any sauce so it was quite dry. Also it was impossible to cut the vegetables with the fish knife provided. The 'baked' potatoes were barely cooked with no browning on them, they were swimming in oil. When we asked about them we were told, that's how they are in Spain. They assumed we were tourists. Having Spain as our home for the last 5 years we appreciate good and well cooked food. The food tonight was neither good or well cooked. The potatoes were returned to the kitchen. When their replacement appeared they were as bad as the first dish. The manager offered to give us something else from the menu but at that point and after 2 disappointing and poor quality attempts we had given up. After this no one attended us for the next 30 minutes. No offer of drinks or desert. We wanted to pay and leave. In the end I gained the attention of a distant member of staff by waving my arms above my head! The manager was very apologetic and without hesitation he agreed to comp the entire meal which I feel is fair considering we eat 2 bread rolls and a bit of salmon in 2 hours. I read some of the reviews online and it appears lots of people have had similar experiences as us. Hard Rock your staff is great, really helpful and courteous. They are being let down by what can only be described as expensive, low quality food. Your food is not cheap and it should be high quality and taste good. This experience has effected my view of Hard Rock as a brand, I'm disappointed and surprised. I am not sure that I will be rushing to book a table anytime soon in any Hard Rock restaurant around the world. Now I'm off to find something to eat!

Food was not bad but definately not impressive. Service was good until it stopped being, especialy even if was about clients of Hard Rock Hotel. One on top of other the place itself is quite small and the range of beers they have is nonexistant. The only one they serve is bottled and one of the worst I ever had, a Marroccan beer called Mahou. Also employees of this place can become agressive, something that just dosen't fit in the Hard Rock group policies

We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Madrid for a few nights. On our last night, we were lazy to go out for dinner so we tried this Session restaurant on the ground floor, and what a pleasant surprise!! The food was fantastic!! And the service was superb!! We tried the Square pizza which was topped with iberaco ham, cheese and rockets. We also had the risotto with mushrooms and prawns. Both are delicious!!

Our experience at the hotel's restaurant, "Sessions," was one of the worst and most peculiar encounters we've had. Arriving at the restaurant around 9 pm (on March 30) without a reservation, we were surprised to find numerous empty tables. However, we were informed that the restaurant was fully booked. We were offered a 30-minute wait with the promise of a call to our room once a table became available. Regrettably, no such call was ever received.

After going downstairs to explain our situation, we were finally seated when the same staff member who initially refused us a table became available. Once seated, our table was initially ignored until we managed to catch the attention of our waiter.

Opting for two ribeye steaks with different sauces, we were dismayed to receive completely different cuts of meat, which were already sliced. When I brought this to the waiter's attention, he responded with anger and rudeness, claiming that ribeye steaks were of low quality and that he had substituted them with better cuts without informing us. Why would you put LOW QUALITY MEAT in your menu? Despite my objections and requests for an explanation, he persistently asked if he should exchange them, displaying a dismissive attitude towards our concerns.

When I requested a replacement for at least one steak and reminded him of the missing sauce, he argued with me, falsely claiming that we had only ordered one sauce. This was contradicted by his earlier confirmation of our order.

To our disbelief, the replacement steaks were also not ribeyes but a different cut altogether, further adding to our frustration. With no apology or acknowledgment of the errors from the staff, we decided to hastily finish our meal and leave the restaurant. The lack of accountability and professionalism exhibited by the restaurant staff only added to our disappointment and reinforced our negative impression of the Hard Rock...

I recently dined with my colleague at the Sessions Restaurant in Madrid, and I must say, it was quite an experience. The atmosphere exudes a pleasant vibe, and the service was friendly and fast. I decided to try a medium-well cooked beef steak, and I was pleasantly surprised - very nice indeed.

One notable aspect of the experience was the loud music playing in the background. However, it was interesting how it didn't hinder our ability to hold a conversation during dinner.

I would recommend. However, it's important to note that it's not your typical Hard Rock Cafe; it feels more like a very good hotel restaurant with a rock twist. Overall, it was a memorable evening, and I thoroughly enjoyed...
