Sumer Magallanes — Restaurant in Madrid

Edit: since making this review I've come back a couple times, this last time they've got different tortillas for the durums, much nicer, still not a nice flatbread, but definitely an upgrade. Original review below.

Very nice Durum, with chicken and falafel, the yogurt sauce seems greek style, with Cucumber, but there's no chunks of cucumber, its all blended, very good. The wrap itself is a simple wheat tortilla, it does the job but its not as great as the really nice flatbread you get with Shawarma at the relatively nearby Yunie Kebab.

Definitely coming back sometime, didnt expect to like the mix of falafel and normal kebab meat for the durum, but it was pretty good, and the price is nice, at 8.50 for a menu, + 1€ extra to add cheese...

Either it was a scam, or an honest mistake. We had different prices on the bill than on the menu. But the thing is that when I told them, not only did they started to be unpleasant to me, but also all their menus suddenly would put a different price than what we had on ours. So I don’t even know if it was just one menu with the old prices that got lost, or if it was organized to put lower prices because “tourists don’t check prices”.

The thing is that the food was actually very good and the waiter was so nice before that incident. So even if you’re ready to pay more, you can still go there, it’s just has been very badly handled for us at...

Summer Kebab: El Mejor Kebab de Madrid, Calidad Michelin

En mi experiencia, Summer Kebab se posiciona entre los mejores kebabs de Madrid. El pollo elaborado por ellos, no destaca por sí solo, la combinación única de ingredientes convierte cada bocado en una experiencia digna de 3 kebabs Michelin.

La propuesta gastronómica es innovadora: el kebab tradicional lo valoro en un 8/10, pero es el Lahmacum el que realmente brilla. Este plato fusiona la receta clásica con una masa de pizza casera, creando una sinergia de sabores que resulta simplemente espectacular. Además, la salsa blanca casera es tan exquisita que se podría beber en vaso, elevando aún más el nivel del restaurante.

Como detalle a mejorar, las patatas, de corte industrial, funcionan bien siempre que se disfruten calientes, y la salsa picante podría optimizarse para igualar la calidad de los demás elementos.

El local destaca por su limpieza y un ambiente cuidadosamente diseñado, algo poco habitual en establecimientos de kebabs. Los camarer@s son muy atentos, lo que contribuye a una experiencia global excepcional.

En definitiva, si buscas un kebab con carácter, sabor inigualable y un servicio de primera, Summer Kebab es la opción ideal. Cada vez que me apetece un kebab, este lugar es mi primera elección. ¡Una visita obligada para los verdaderos amantes...
