Perrachica — Restaurant in Madrid

the place is super beautiful and the quality of the food is awesome, but the stuff is RUDE, like literally RUDE, I booked the table for two for brunch and they gave me first the high tables for bar with a very small table size that we could barely put a plate then I asked to change the table they gave me another table but again small that is not suitable for brunch and the person who manages to give the tables wasn't good at her job , she gave a table for 6 to 2 persons and a table for 8 to 3 persons and we were talking to change again the table because we didn't have the space on our table they didn't care at all and it was a discrimination because the only not Spanish people at restaurant were us and the tourist family and they disrespected both of us , THE WORST PART was there was the tourist family which were sitting close to us and when they were ordering the waiter got mad at them and shout at them that he won't take their order because they want their drinks first and later they want their food ,it was a really bad image for this restaurant I've never been in a place like this that someone treat the costumer like that, I loved the place and the food but after witnessing that how they behave with they costumer without any respect I WONT...

The food was okay but not the best. The music was amazing. Prices are fare. The place is so nice. The overall experience was good. The only problem we had was with a bartender that I think he had a bad day, he wears glasses. What happened is that when I was trying to pay for a drink the ccm was denying I tried another card and same problem, my friend tried it same problem, other friend tried it nothing is changing even we were telling the bartender that the problem is with the machine but nothing. He wouldn’t even try another machine. I was speaking Arabic with my friends and he started saying that I told him stupid and that wasn’t what I said. Maybe he got angry because we were Arabs not sure. But anyway we really enjoyed and hopefully if this happened another time, know that you need to restart your machine and not keeping people waiting for 10 minutes and not accepting to try another machine. We were 20 people for dinner and for drinks later, celebrating our friend’s birthday until the bodyguard starting to show off on us after what the bartender told him. Too bad having this kind of staff in this beautiful restaurant learn from marieta. The waitress that was helping us was so helpful...

I heard about the restaurant a year ago and didn’t aware the latest comment fm recent customers, I trust those as I had similar unpleasant experience.

They didn’t offer menu el día anymore, don’t mislead by the images.

I was attracted by the online photos shared by others, but only about 20% of the restaurant is open during day time, so customers will not able to enjoy the same dining experience as shown in these pics. Then all customers squeeze into the small area, I can imagine it is easier for clean up but it doesn’t sound like a good idea if they have more precaution on covid situation.

A small basket of bread was offered before the main course arrives, I thought it was complimentary treats, they cannot taste worst, so just left them there after a few bites. I was wrong, they billed it €2.5 / person, would you pay that if you were me?
