Worst service I have ever experienced in my life.

From the second we sat down the server looked at us with legit hatred like we had done something to him, he was pissed. On top of that when we sat down he told us we had a hour to eat even though we had an hour and a half, they had already started timing our party before we had been seated so instantly there's a sense of rush and anxiety to order, get drinks, and eat and be quick.

Their rush and rudeness made the experience very unpleasant and all the hidden rules make this just not worth it-- you have to order a drink, the time starts before the whole party is seated, etc.

On top of it they messed up a ton of the order, rolls didn't match the descriptions, (the fried roll was missing the protein so it was only rice and avocado on the inside, some rolls didn't mention they had cream cheese for example and came with cream cheese which led to a lot of confusion, they forgot simple dishes we ordered for example edamame, or brought two orders of the same thing when we only had ordered one --- honestly it was like they were doing it to us on purpose thinking we wouldn't notice or finish food in order to charge us extra.)

Luckily for us, the only plus was that yeah the food was alright and we had gone in with the mentality of completely demolishing as much raw fish and sushi as we possibly could. Honestly, I have never eaten so much sushi in my life but to be fair it was completely out of spite because I will NEVER set foot in this joke of an establishment again. So I better get my money's worth and more for the horrible experience.

Lastly, the owner/head manager even came to our table to scold us for some of the confusion THEY had caused- missing food on their end. Everyone that works there is angry so beware of attitudes you will have to deal with, and also a lot of prices have changed and are not accurate online so expect to pay way more than advertised.

I had a reservation for a future birthday dinner and I cancelled that WHILE I was at the restaurant, it would have been embarrassing to take anyone here to celebrate any type...

Worst service. We ordered from the menu del día 8 plates, 45 minutes later we had only received one. I had to flag down the server to get her to re-put in the order. Finally we got the food, but only 6/7 plates that we had been waiting for. A bit later I asked about the missing plate and was told there wasn’t any of that plate left. Why didn’t they tell us before?! At that point we ordered one more thing and just wanted to get our included dessert, pay, and leave. The server who came over to take our dessert order showed us a whole menu of desserts. I asked which were included in the menu del día and he assured me TWICE that what we had ordered was included in the €16.80 per person. The ice cream was freezer burnt and the mochi tasted horrible. When I asked for the bill they had charged us for two drinks, the buffet menu, and two desserts. I told them the mistake: that we had ordered two menu del dia’s with the drinks and desserts included. I was then yelled at that I had ordered 10 plates, not 8! I told him not to yell at me and told him to count the plates. He counted 8 and did not apologize. He fixed the bill but told me the desserts were not included. I reminded him that he told me TWICE the desserts were included in the menu del día price. He had his manager come over who told me it was the server’s first day so that was the reason for his error. I said ok but his mistake was not my fault and I hadn’t even eaten the mochi dessert so I would not be paying for it. The manager and two other servers told me that I still had to pay and intimidated me into paying extra for the awful dessert. I have never felt so ignored from start to finish in that restaurant. I was excited to go but I won’t...

AVOID! This place was quite good more than a year ago, before they changed owners. Since then quality, service and everything has been on decline. My original review was 5*, but now I can't think of a worse restaurant in the area. Food quality is a joke, I have no words, especially considering the price, there are so many better options... The staff treat you poorly from the very start and they actively try to scam you. 3 persons in our group had to leave early and when requesting their already paid desserts they said "sorry, they already paid, so you cannot ask for them!" and after discussing we only managed to get 2 desserts and not what we asked for. Incredibly slow. The last dish came around 1h30 after ordering Missing dishes all the time, you need to ask for them every 20 min, and surprisa, waiters do not like you to be requesting your food Not a single waiter knows about the dishes they serve! They get angry when you ask about the name of what they are bringing (since they don't usually match the photos). They have 2 desserts and they were even wrong about...

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was just awful. We ordered sushi from this place, and it was easily some of the worst we’ve had. The sushi tasted like it had been made the day before, overloaded with rice, and absolutely not fresh. The tempura shrimp inside the rolls was cold and had clearly been refried two or three times. It was tough, greasy, and totally unappetizing. What’s worse, the sushi arrived in under 30 seconds after we ordered, which makes it obvious that it had been pre-made and sitting out. And then they had the nerve to mention a 3 euro charge for each piece of sushi not eaten. We couldn’t even finish two pieces, it was that bad. Thankfully, we didn’t pay that ridiculous charge, honestly, I recommend you don’t either. It’s your right to refuse payment for food that isn’t edible. Never going back. Save your money and your appetite go literally anywhere else for sushi.

106. Teppayaki de solomillo Buen sabor y caliente. Repetiría 123. Nigiri Huevo Rico aunque demasiado templado como si estuviera hecho de hace demasiado tiempo. 124.
