Vanille Bakery Lab & Café — Restaurant in Madrid

This is the smaller location of Vanille Bakery Lab, only for takeout (larger is on Santa Engracia north of Rios Rosas). This is my favorite bakery in the neighborhood for bread, especially the hogaza con semillas. They have a small but quality selection of pastries as well - I usually get anything that looks similar to a cinnamon roll. I’ve only tried the chocolate chip cookies here but YUM!! Super delicious and would highly recommend. Everything else in the shop looked amazing too so I will definitely be back. It's by far the best bakery in the neighborhood and maybe in Madrid! It's a bit far from our place but we keep coming because the quality is just so good.
