Burger King — Restaurant in Manacor

Positives - Great location situated a short distance from the Port and Beach. Food was good and was served in a reasonable time.

Negatives - We ordered at the main counter and avoided the self serve kiosk as this was queued 5 or 6 deep. The ergonomics of the chairs around the kiosk and logistics of people in and out made it very awkward and should be reviewed. One way system or additional exit created? This added with the poorly coordinated queuing inside created a poor waiting and working environment for those inside. There were three girls 'working'. Who were clearly not in sync. The most senior looking girl clearly cared for her role however looked stressed due to incomplete/wrong orders and perhaps also how busy the shop was, seemed to be carrying the other two. This resulted in her attitude being negative with at least three customers during my time in the shop. My suggestion is have a team meeting and get to the root cause of the issues or risk losing valuable staff to other roles or stress/mental health issues. She isn't to blame the environment is. The speed of the service was appalling. The two people in the front of the store were extremely slow and didn’t seem to be experienced at all. We waited at the counter to pay for 15 minutes and I got there attention multiple times and each time I was told to wait. They stood still waiting for food to be made and in that time they could’ve done anything else at all, serve us or make fries, just don’t stand still when there’s other jobs to be done! It took a total of around 30-40 minutes for our food to arrive and for the quality of the food, especially fast food, that’s just not worth it. There’s plenty of other food places around which I’m sure would’ve been just as fast and likely better food for the location. Go inside first and see how quick the service is, then decide if it’s worth the wait. Might be okay to get a couple of sides, but if you’re wanting a meal, you’ll enjoy it more at a local...

We were here for take-away. Poor experience and strongly recommend to avoid this one if you could. Staff forgot to give us the ordered burger, discovered at checking the food package. My burger meat is cold inside and just warm outside, strongly suspected that the burger meat is not lively prepared but pre-prepared and microwaved before selling.

Drink self-serving machine no English option, just Spanish letters on it, and we could not figure out how to get the drink from it. We finally get our drink after another customer spotted this and told us to scan our order slip bar code. Thanks to that customer again and poor customer support attitude of this store staffs. The cleanness of this store is also not well.

Finally, not sure of this is allowed but customers were just smoking on the seat in front of the door, causing that space kind of prohibited for the...
